After multiple visits with long lines at peak hours I realized this is how they run their branch. It's unfortunate that you don't see your reviews and how they consistently share similar complaints. Customer service and LONG LINES are all I see next to your 1 star reviews. 1 teller to about 10 customers. This ratio makes no sense. I feel a loss of words... because waiting is torture. Especially on business days. Come on guys, get your baggage together. Either hire more. Or train employees better. Urgency to move faster maybe? Geeeeeze. Anything would suffice. Needless to say you don't listen to your customers needs because the issue is still prevalent. 2 stars. Because other Bank of America's don't have similar issues.

This branch is located in the HK Supermarket Plaza, not the best neighborhood in town. The branch is a bit run down and the staff looks like that as well. Tells are fine but it's the useless people sitting at desks for new accounts and mortgages that seem like they don't want to be there and are waiting for retirement. For new immigrants, this is a good bank. They have various programs that cater to new immigrants like no driver's license or SS card requirements on some accounts. So hey, if you don't need that type of service, go somewhere else. Can't comment on the safety deposit boxes since I read about the break in. Never had anything of extreme value around to warrant a safety deposit box. I thought in 2013, all accounts are just a number in the computer. I guess there are those that still hoard gold and cash like drug dealers, oh well. You learn something new everyday I guess.
