This is a very professional and responsive team to work with. I had what I already knew was a tricky electrical issue to resolve, so I made an appointment. Mr. Hanley came out on time, got busy and got it fixed. All within an hour. I honestly was amazed. Mr. Hanley is very personable and his rates are very reasonable. They have had our truck for over a month to rebuild the motor. When we paid them they guaranteed us the truck would be ready in 1 week. That was Oct 1st. The motor is still in pieces and every time we call we get another excuse ad to why it's not finished and prolong the competition date. As of today the motor is still not complete and noone there is willing to tell us why. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not even for an oil change. While I was there, there was another customer in the office with the same issue. They've had his car for over a month also with continuous promises of a completion date that has yet to happen. They told use the book calls for 26 hours to rebuild the motor and assured us the truck would be ready in 1 week. They have had the truck for 6 weeks and it's not even close to being done. An honest Veteran, whom I'd full-heatedly recommend. He discussed the issue of the car over the phone, and set a plan in motion. Luckily, he hadn't any other repairs (this was on Friday, at 8:30 p.m.), and immediately came to my rescue. On the way over, he stopped-off at O'Reiley's and bought the serpentine belt. Within no time at all, arrived, and replaced it with no issues. Additionally, I explained a sound I was having, and was unsure if it was related to the belt that broke, and he diagnosed the sound coming from the timing chain. After inspecting same, we set-up a future appointment to take the car in to his shop to have it replaced as well. This use to be a good shop, but since they expanded and move to a larger shop Wingrove can't seem to get or keep good worker, and the one good mechanic that was there for years he fired and ever since then things have been going down hill. He changed his billing system and he raised his prices on all labor charges and shop fees. He is hiring anybody that will work for him and if you want anybody to be under the hood of your car then this is the place to go. I have been a loyal customer, but not anymore, he fixes things and then he breaks other things in your car. You go for one problem and come out with another problem with your car, and then he explains this with the fact that your car is old! I think he is in a lot of debt and he is passing on this debt to his customers So if you have a old car, then don't take to this place or you will get ripped off! I will be filing a complaint, because I feel like I am being taken advantage of by Mr. Wingrove read more
