The produce is always my weakness Les Fraises, gorgeous berries, and those incredible yummy colorful tomates and the most beautiful fresh flowers...You can Litteraly smell everything and guess the taste...Everything looks très frais and tastes even better! It's such a good way for people to meet the dogs in person--and for the dogs to get a day filled with sunshine, snacks, and all the love they can soak up. And every time we're there, Deb swings by to meet the pups and help us boost them on social. She's the best. The Market itself has such an easy, happy vibe. We found the farm right at 2 pm and Richard asked for us to come back since he was still setting up. It was a super hot week in the area, so we were happy they were even open! We took a little drive up the windy road and came back about 10 minutes later. The farm stand is small but packs a serious punch. We were there in August so there were lots of tomatoes and summer squash available. He's also got dried sage bundles (totally gift-worthy), other herbs, garlic, and onions. We didn't have cash on us, but he does take Venmo which is nice. We left with a big bounty of heirloom tomatoes and squash for $14. Some boxes are fruits only and others include fruits and vegetables. I went with the half size fruit and vegetable box. Before delivery, you get an email of what is going to be inside the box and the best part for me is, it includes recipes of what you can make with the items in your box. My box included an avocado, pears, apples, oranges, broccoli, cilantro, pink chard, and lettuce. One of the recipes included Baked Broccoli Parmesan Fritters which I am definitely going to try out because I always need new ideas for meals with having two small children. The delivery fee for their boxes is $6.95 or you can pick up the boxes for free at many of their local pickup locations.
