These bridles are beautiful, but sturdy enough to stand up to many miles with my mustangs. I don't use bits with any of my horses-these bridles are the perfect solution for riders wanting for a soft, bit-free connection with a horse. My horses seem to love these bridles, very comfortable, just enough contact and pressure to communicate, but comfortable enough that we can go all day without complaint (on the horses end at least :). I've been bringing in my cowboy boots--owned since 2004--and every time he brings them back looking almost brand new. At this point, I'm convinced he has a time machine hidden in the back. One day I had a bit of a crisis: I was on my way to a meeting when I noticed one of my shoe soles needed urgent repair. I stopped in, explained the situation, and he handled it quickly and did an excellent job getting me back on my feet--literally. His pricing is fair, and he takes the time to explain exactly how he's going to approach each repair issue, which I really appreciate. No mystery, no surprises--just solid craftsmanship. I had some damage to my Bradington Young couches (non-pet, 10 yrs. old) and contacted him to touch it up. My leather couches are a mix of several colors, but he did a swath of one color in a 12 x 14 area that didn't look good at all. Foolishly, I thought it would look better after it cured. It didn't. So, 2 months later I called the Rocklin franchise and he did do several colors to make it match and blend better. Important safety tip I learned after Folsom visit--tarp everything and turn off the ceiling fan. Air sprayers can leave a lot of colored dust.

Artisan Interiors rebuilt the interior completely, eight-way hand-tied springs, the whole structure, and saved the original fabric his grandmother had chosen. All of it. They polished the wood while they had it. Two to three weeks, reasonable price, no drama. David runs the operation and was easy to talk to from the first conversation. Knowledgeable, straightforward, no overselling. It's a family business -- his father is the upholsterer -- and it shows in how they treat what you bring them. I didn't fully understand how damaged it was until I got it back. Now it feels the way it was supposed to feel. Solid. Sturdy. You can sit in it comfortably without holding your breath. First we meet in the office to go over colors and fabrics. David had incredible knowledge and great suggestions of what would fit with our space and accounted for our pets. We landed on a thus great blue color that wouldn't be harmed by cats and great at dealing with moisture. Then his people came to our home, quickly but carefully took all the chairs and bench and they were off. When they returned a few weeks alter everything was in perfect condition and the chairs looked great! Would and have recommended David and his team for future furniture needs!
