They were extremely friendly at first -- doing measurements and fittings with the insoles -- but then came the prices. I explained my budget right away, but instead of offering something within it, they encouraged me to apply for CareCredit. When CareCredit didn't cover the full amount, they suggested I also apply for something called "Snap" or "Snap It," which allows 100 days to pay. The lowest-priced option they presented to me was $1,500, which would mean about $500 a month for three months. When I asked about lower-cost options, they mentioned a $150 item but told me it "wouldn't work." They also said I couldn't just buy the soles -- which were $575 -- without getting the entire package. I would have purchased the $575 option, but I was told it wasn't available as a standalone solution. They then went on maybe we should do 750 but it would have went up to over 800 with tax and everything, which 800-900 was over my budget. Instead, the focus was on pushing the $1,500 package and advising me to combine both credit plans to make it work. I later learned that with the Snap program, if it's not paid in full on time, the cost can end up being much higher. I left feeling pressured and disappointed. In my opinion, this was not customer service that prioritized my needs or budget. I noticed several other customers go through the same process and then walk out without buying anything. Again, this is just my personal account -- but I think others should be aware of my experience before deciding whether to shop there.
