I had to have an electrician come out, they pulled the line and said "Your line was in fact cut by a circular saw!" So thanks for not backing your work and the over 30 nails in our driveway. If you want total destruction instead of repair give him a call! Attached is the cut line.

You can't see where the holes were or the spot he had to paint. As often happens, the jobs expanded as we went along but Steve was honest and open about the additional costs. Highly recommended!

As anyone who has moved before will tell you that relocating is exciting, frustrating and an emotional life changing event. I was trying to move my 4 bedroom house from Illinois to the South myself! I was trying to save money and was confident that I could do it myself when Mark and Chris turned my whole experience all around! My initial plan was to pack myself and have ABF transport my belongings. While ABF is a great solution for many, it was too much work and I would have needed a fleet of their trailers. In near tears and ready to make it happen, a friend called Mark who gave me an estimate and they were packing and loading within days of the estimate! The crew arrived on time (punctual), took care to pack everything-small & delicate (personal caring), individually covered every piece of furniture (attentive) secured furnishings (protected & stabilized), loaded, transported and unpacked the precious remnants of my life. My belongings arrived two days later where I was unloaded & re-assembled by a different yet very ambitious and hard working crew! Nothing was broken or damaged! I felt so thankful and grateful for the assistance of Bailey's Moving and Storage! There is NO WAY that I could have done this myself! I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them! Michele P

Just completed two deck renewals with Heartland. One deck is multi tiered. Quote was pretty steep…read morebut went ahead with it given my interaction and expectations from the sales guys. (Leaving names out). Once the work finally got started the issues and lack of communication started. There were issues with materials for the skirting. Big communication issues on cost differences. Ends of each deck surface were not consistently built and only one having boxed ends. No communication over that until it was way too late. Pricing of extra lumber for skirting framing rather steep given it came from local menards with 11% rebates. And by the way was only 2x4 and 1x4 hung from joists. Nothing complex. . I still dont believe the lumber quantity but here we are. And multiple trips with extra charges each time. Planning ahead clearly not part of the plan. Damage to other items in the area occurred for which i paid to fix. Over all decks are solid and i live with what i have but for the next person make sure you know what your getting. I clearly got less than my expectation. Guys on team were nice and mainly respectful other than comments with owner. Never met the owner and only had one call from him during the process. quick on payment requests though.
