I've had numerous exams here, they used to have an excellent radiologist. Not any more, the clown they have reading images is a lazy idiot who misses more than he incorrectly reports. Find somewhere else, the last three exams (MRI, X-Ray, ultra-sound) completely missed. I could see on the images notable issues not reported. read more

This review is not for the Imaging itself, it's for the inability to ever get through on their phone, and the horrible repetitious eight beats of music that repeat over and over and over the whole time you're on hold. Three times yesterday I was put on hold (see two screenshots attached) and when someone finally answered the second call they had connected me to the Fresno office instead of the Hanford office which I had asked for and I was again put on hold. In addition to all of this every time they do pick up the phone in an impatient and rude tone of voice they say "hold please" and put you on hold without allowing you to get a chance to say anything. My call was urgent as I was trying to cancel an appointment for the same day later in the afternoon because I had had a bad side effect from a new medication I was taking and I was itching and scratching, so I could not hold still to have an MRI. I was afraid that if I didn't cancel it and I didn't show up that I would still get charged for the appointment and my insurance would not pay for that. So all I needed to do was to cancel my appointment, but I was put on hold over and over and over and never was able to cancel that appointment. And only on the fourth call as soon as someone picked up I started saying "no I'm not going to hold, don't put me on hold" and told her I had been put on hold repeatedly, and I had been transferred to the wrong numbers or stuck on hold over and over with no one ever picking up. I said I needed to speak to a supervisor, so she said she would transfer me but only after two tries getting the wrong extension, was I finally able to speak to Monica, the supervisor. When I explained to her what had been happening she was very nice and apologized and told me that she would definitely look into that. She said she could do a search in their system for my phone number and find out exactly who had transferred those calls. She also canceled the appointment for me and rescheduled it to another day and time. I must say I was very pleased at her response because she really sounded like she cared about this and was going to take care of it. I really appreciated that. read more

I arrived today at 3:15 and checked in. The office technician told me to sit down and wait. Before 4 pm, an office technician named Samantha called me and asked if I had an order. I told her that my doctor instructed me to come over and get it done, and it would be fine. However, they didn't have my record. I called my doctor's office to send the order via fax, which they provided. I waited for them to call me, but after 30 minutes, I followed up. Samantha told me to wait. I sat down again, waiting, but more than 30 minutes passed, and nothing happened. I got up again at 5:10 pm, and Samantha told me they had to reschedule my x-rays. I had left work early, driven almost an hour, and waited almost two hours, only to be told they would reschedule my appointment. If I hadn't asked them again and again, they would have ignored me, leaving me sitting and waiting. What kind of service are they providing to their customers? read more

The actual radiologist in the back are great, professional and caring they explain the procedure at hand. However the front desk staff comes with rudeness, unprofessional behaviors and confusion. Went in to receive radiology imaging for a possible foot injury was done on a Monday morning, it is now Thursday morning and we have yet to know the results , the front desk staff (MAs eating cheetoes up front and listening to Ramon Ayala) stated they faxed the results twice since Tuesday to the primary care physician office at Adventist. However today, Thursday morning they are stating these x-Ray Results can't even be faxed to doctor's office for review till we sign a release. Our question being why was it stated by the front office desk at Hanford imaging that they had faxed results twice already since Tuesday ,when they cannot be faxed till we sign a release by their policy . read more

this place is the absolute worst!!! take your business elsewhere. I can't believe they are still in business. The office staff lack empathy and compassion. they are constantly double booking and reschedule appointments without any communication. they don't answer the phones, they are rude, and I will never ever accept another appointment at this place. The x-ray tech is not here during the open hours for x-ray that they advertise. The second time I returned (because he wasn't there the first), I waited an hour, was called up and told that the x-ray tech has to leave, can I come back in a couple of hours. No, I can't, not ever. read more

Hanford Imaging has called me a second time to cancel my MRI & Arthrogram. I've needed surgery to my left knee for along time. It's to the point of severe inflammation, pain and warm to touch. My surgeon needs this MRI to proceed. When I expressed my upset, they said I could call everyday to see if their is a cancellation. I did this when they cancelled the first time, so no this doesn't work. Besides, why do I have to call every morning when it should be them calling me. They cancelled me, I didn't cancel them. I received several texts reminding me of this appointment and then today I received a text to complete the questionnaire required before my appointment. I received a reply thanking me for completing it and instructions to not eat or drink before the procedure. Not more than 30 minutes later, I received the upsetting call that they had to cancel because they have no radiologist. That was the excuse the first time too. YES, CANCELLED A SECOND TIME!!! read more

There was a wait but they were very nice. The doctor was so kind and patient so experienced and explained everything to me during my biopsy. I'm so glad I went there. It's nice to be treated kindly. Hard to find places that way anymore If more were that way wouldn't it be a better world. read more

This office is very organized. They send a text to confirm then will send an option link to complete your paperwork. I felt it to be very organized I was in and out I had gone in for an ultrasound and the girl who performed my ultrasound made me feel very comfortable she was sociable and friendly. I really enjoyed the staff. For me it was very little wait time about 10 minutes which was not bad at all. For those who want to wait in their car you can get a text to let you know your next. I'm glad I came here and I will go again if needed. read more

Was scheduled for a 9:30pm appointment, was called the day of appointment and asked to come in at 8pm instead of 9:30, got there at around 7:50pm and waited over and hour, was finally called back at 9:32pm. So I got called to come in an hour and a half sooner only to be taken back at the original time. So frustrating, they should of just left it alone read more

I've had several different types of imaging done (CT, X-ray, ultrasound) and every time all the staff from the front desk to the technicians have been very kind and helpful. In addition, their prices are much better than at the hospital. The facility is always clean and there is plenty of space for social distancing. You can also wait outside if you prefer. There's a peaceful atmosphere unlike the chaos at the hospital's outpatient imaging. So glad I discovered Hanford Imaging. Highly recommend. read more

This is the worst place I have ever had to get a MRI They didn't schedule me correctly. They tried to tell me I was late when I wasn't. They were going to try to work me in, with 10 people a head of me. I was afraid I would be waiting for nothing to be done. I live 30 miles from this place so I became upset. They called Friday before a holiday so I returned the call and they were closed but I left a message stating I would be in for my 4:00pm appt. They said they called me back today but they didn't even hear my message. These individuals do not know what they are doing. I will not go back. I suggest you have your physician send you some where else. read more

I made an 8am appointment for an ultrasound that was confirmed multiple times. The last confirmation was the day before the appointment. I took time off of work to come in for it. I showed up for my appointment on time to find out that they had canceled my appointment and given it to someone else. They said they had left me a voicemail the afternoon before my appointment, but they had not even called me. If you don't want to waste your time go somewhere else. read more

I truly believe that we finally have great Quality Imaging for our community. Dr.Deguchi has his reports out in 3 hours for all his patients,and the staff is awesome. The office can also commentate patients who speak Portuguese and who are deaf. Great Work Guys read more

Do not go here if you have time sensitive issues that need addressed because they are unreliable and according to their receptionist their system randomly cancels appointments and then they will not work with you to get you in. They are very unfriendly as well, when I complained about the behavior they were very salty and cold towards me when I had every reason to complain. read more

Very slow untrained front office staff. Walked in was told to sit and wait, 20 minutes later my sign is was complete. They need to understand that front office people are there to assist in signing n patients they are not doctors so stop acting as if the world revolves around them. Their is a time to train a coworker and it should be done before they hit the floor to assist. read more

So I arrived 5 minutes late and filled out the paperwork only to end up sitting for 30 minutes and being told we had to come back. The girl who took my paperwork didn't do anything with it and when I brought it up they said sorry and they didn't know she hadn't done anything with it. I came back and came 30 minutes early only to sit and wait for 45 minutes now. 15 minutes and counting. So 5 minutes late and I get rescheduled yet 15+ minutes and I have to continue to wait. read more

The only reason why they are getting two stars is because the office personnel were great and they got the results to my doctor in a timely manner. The technician was unfriendly and not very accommodating. And the very worst part of the experience is the billing! Co-pays are made at time of service every time but somehow Beverly radiation medical group continue relentlessly to attempt double billing! And if you need to make payments for what insurance doesn't pay, this billing company will only let you do it if you give them access to your checking account or credit card. I would be reviewing that company if it showed up on here but they don't and since they are affiliated with Hanford imaging this is where it landed. read more

I found this place online for my mom and everything looked good. Well she went in for a simple xray of the knee. Had to wait for 3 damn hours for a simple xray. She could have had an entire knee replacement in that time. This is the first and last time anyone I know will ever go to this place. I wish I had Dr. Deguchis email address so that I could email him my complaint. read more
