The crew did fantastic work, and worked until dark for the 4 days they were there, but seemed to be a bit overwhelmed with the scope of work. But what they lacked in manpower, they made up for in sheer hard work. That said, Premier Home Designs was the least expensive and still offered the best product. And because of the communication issues we had, I was generously compensated after the job was completed. Gregg also helped me finance part of the roof and at 0% interest. Then Juan from Prograde called me a second time to make sure we had found someone to replace or fix the skylight. When he learned that we hadn't, he sent David and a co-worker over to our house that very afternoon to assess the situation. David promised he could replace the skylight the following day -- a Saturday! -- at a very reasonable price. True to his word, David called Saturday morning to tell us that he and his crew would arrive as soon as the rain let up enough to allow them on the roof.
