He is super professional and friendly. While I went shopping with Josh to make sure the right flooring I wanted was picked, they were able to get a crew out the same day to start demolition. The next day the crew came and started working on the flooring and baseboards. Eric is super courteous by the way he greets and communicates with us. Jordan and Eric went to town making sure the flooring was completed by the end of the day. Overall, for the time frame the job was completed the amount we paid was very reasonable. I kindly agreed, not wanting him to take on a job he couldn't do. Then he called me back and said yes he could do the job he once had doubts about. We agreed on a price and he got to work. In the middle of the job, after he had cut massive holes from my shop wall to install the windows, he called me outside to inform me that he could no longer do the work for the price that he agreed upon. Basically blackmailing me unless I paid him more to finish. I was completely shocked, and having never delt with someone so incompetent and shady. He ended up finishing the work but with terrible quality and detail. Nails and screws stabbing through from both sides of the wall, the worst caulking you've ever seen, he dismantled my electrical and left it stranded everywhere, just a piss poor job all the way around. He showed no remorse for the terrible job stating he wasn't going to make any money from it. I told him that's the contractors responsibility to bid the job properly and if not that's on him. He threw a fit like a child. Never wanted to show me receipts for supplies. I don't think he has very much experience. My guess is his dad does the same kind of work and he thought he would go out and replicate it on his own. He wasn't able to. And hopefully this review will keep something like this from happening to you. After he guaranteed there would be no leaks, the first rain I had leaks everywhere. 0/10 work. It was a 2 day job that I paid 2k in cash for. Never hire this clown. And if you don't believe a word of this review, just look at the pictures from the job.

He painted our door and installed and painted chair rail molding in our nursery.
