Their pricing was in line or better than other estimates we received. We only had them paint the walls (since I was waiting to paint the trim during a later project). I don't know what/if they offer in the way of helping you pick paint since we already had the paint (we'd been painting other walls already and had purchased plenty of paint), but they did let us know how many gallons they'd likely need to be sure that we had enough on hand. Excellent explanation of the process and the time it would take. They communicated well and let us know when another (outdoor) job had run a few days behind and we were able to schedule a good date for us both. I work at home and they respected the need to keep noise down - they were so quiet! The preparation to protect the area where they worked was thorough and the paint job was excellent. The clean up was superb - except for well-painted walls, you wouldn't have known we had anyone there that day! They had let me know if I wanted them to work a longer day that they could have it done in one day and they delivered! Two days later, he and his employee, Albert, showed up and went to work. 8 hours later, a masterpiece had been installed (2 bedrooms). The finished job exceeded our expectations. Long story short, Jordan came out, inspected the roof from the attic, discovered the area of the leak, went outside onto the roof and quickly found the issue, a nail had worked it's way up through the shingle. He sealed it, inspected the rest of the roof, found one more nail pop and sealed that as well. Jordan was awesome to work with, very professional, took plenty of photos and explained everything. I've used Angie's list to look for contractors and it's been an absolute disappointment in every way. So, since I'm an Elite Yelper, I decided to give my own platform a try to see what I could come up with. I went to the YELP page and clicked on the "Projects" tab. I put my needs in a quote request and within 3 hours, I had my first two quotes. The third company took two days to get back to me, so needless to say, I struck that one off the list. Cezar & Paula Chavez are a husband/wife team. They own All-Shine Window Cleaning. They gave me a quote that was comparable to the other business that gave me a quote, but this business was different. They were enthusiastic, explained their services and what to expect, then gave me a quote and explained everything that I could expect. They are also independently owned which gave me an opportunity to give back to the community where I live. They arrived on the day of the appointment at 9:00 am: right on time. I am really a stickler on this one. I met Cezar and then walked him through the house showing which windows needed to be cleaned. Then, he and his wife, Paula, worked their magic. They were so meticulous. Paula did the inside of the windows, including the sills and Cezar did the outside. They are a great team. I can't tell you how pleased I was with their work ethic and finished job. I'll definitely use them again, but this time, I won't wait so long between window cleanings.
