The doors were removed from the hinges, the old finish was stripped / sanded off, new stain applied, and then 2 coats of poly. I only wish I would have taken a "before" picture. I was moving from out of state and was really hoping to have the blue cabinets in my kitchen and living area painted white ahead of my arrival. He explained every step his team would take to accomplish my dream kitchen. Lasun was always responsive to any questions that I had, and shared pictures and updates throughout. He had to return to complete the other half. He text the night before telling me not asking that he will be at my home at 8:30 the following morning. I advised him that that time would not work and gave him several options. I did not hear from him after the last text but I could tell that his tone was changing. I was not sure which day he was coming so I text him to clarify. He did not respond. The following day, I left but was not far from home just in case. From looking at my phone I could see that he was at the door. I immediately turned around and returned home. In the meantime, I called him to let him know I was heading back. He did not respond to my calls. Finally, he picked up and I said I will be right there. He hung up on me. When I returned home, he would not look at me or acknowledge me. I asked him why did he hang up on me? He told me he had nothing to say. He threw the receipt on my counter and proceeded to work without saying a word. I immediately called my husband to inform him of what was going on as he was not home. After Thom was done he immediately left but remembering to take his check. I followed him and asked him what was the problem. He commence to argue and asked me what did I think? I honestly had no idea. I have never experienced this type of behavior from anyone especially someone who I was paying way more than I should have to do work in my home. Needless to say I will never have him in my home again!!
