Discounts advertised by the barrage of emails I received daily disappeared and the "sales person" did us a favor and found $500 he could save us. Probably why our project was a disappointment and that's being polite... Valdez the installer did a great job on the flooring. The crew like the two previous times were polite quiet and professional. Cleaned up so you wouldn't know anyone had been doing work. The stairs are a total disaster. Granted they installed what they were supposed to and I blame the "sales person " for this. We were not informed the stairs would be a different color and material than the floor, the turn in our stairs was done in the flooring so we have two different colors on the stairs, the landing was capped off sort of with the outside not having anything done to it. So we essentially have three different colors for finish on the stairs. So yes I'd recommend LL Flooring for the floors but no way in hell would I ever contract for stairs again, and no way will I ever go back to the Greenville location to purchase anything. Best advice to anyone considering purchasing from LL Flooring , go to a different location and ask questions lots of questions and if the "sales person" doesn't know the answers in detail. Walk away fast. real fast.

New Tile floors, custom shelves, paint and trim, new lvp floors for all downstairs, coat closet added, paint all downstairs, relocated plumbing lines from upstairs to allow wall removal, new fixtures and added in 4 or 5 lights, 2 tvs mounted. I'm sure I'm missing some. He also fixed my deck for me for free. He was cheaper than the other estimates i got by thousands. He did great work as well as his 3 helpers. He gaurunteed his work as we has a small leak under my sink in kitchen we noticed 3 or 4 months after he did work and he was there same day and fixed it as well as going under house and taking pics for us to see it haven't been going the whole time and did no damage. He didn't charge us since he did the work. He had a very detailed estimate with was something I liked alot. I know he's done work for several people I know in my neiborhood and they also had good experiences with him. He is very respectful and kind also. I just saw a couple people speaking negative of him on another site and thats not the experience we had by any stretch of the imagination. I don't see him doing these things. After we spoke he informed me it was personal wich was taken out on him through his business with has now affected him exponentially. He is a christian man so I know he is praying and he will make it through this. I really think it's a sad situation. We think highly of him and his children who he brought over here a couple times. He has 3 boys and 2 girls and I know he works hard to support them.

Be aware that staining floors takes a number of days. Very happy at how they matched our existing floors (in hallway) which were 17 years old. Their communication isn't that great - it took him a while after the first visit to send us a quote. After we decided to hire him, he told us that the job would take Tuesday to Friday. They didn't tell us what time they were showing up and his men didn't call us when they came; they just waited outside until we came to open the doors for them. Who knows how long they were waiting? And they always left before we could ask them what time they were coming the next day. The worst thing was their failure to let us know the job would take three extra business days to finish. Normally, this would not be a big deal, but the problem is that they didn't tell us. I went to the house to check up on the progress on Thursday, and it was clear they weren't going to finish by Friday. They should've have told us up front, but instead, I had to chase after them to ask if they were going to finish on time, and the response was, "No, it will be done by Wednesday." I had other contractors lined up to come the following week and had to push all those appointments back last minute. Even if we didn't have other contractors coming, I felt it was disrespectful of our time for them to not proactively tell us the job was going to take longer than they thought. In the end, the job they did was okay for the price, but the finished work was not top-notch. Mr. Brady said they would fix the cracks and spaces between some planks of wood, and while all the small cracks are gone, the biggest gap between two planks of wood is still there.
