The people I was with thought it might be off gassing. Regardless, some air freshener and/or open doors/fresh air would help. It gave me a headache.

I probably should have walked away from the purchase when I talked to the "sales person " in the first minute. But we had been planning this project for a while so I held my tongue and proceeded. . Discounts advertised by the barrage of emails I received daily disappeared and the "sales person" did us a favor and found $500 he could save us. Probably why our project was a disappointment and that's being polite... Valdez the installer did a great job on the flooring. The crew like the two previous times were polite quiet and professional. Cleaned up so you wouldn't know anyone had been doing work. The stairs are a total disaster. Granted they installed what they were supposed to and I blame the "sales person " for this. We were not informed the stairs would be a different color and material than the floor, the turn in our stairs was done in the flooring so we have two different colors on the stairs, the landing was capped off sort of with the outside not having anything done to it. So we essentially have three different colors for finish on the stairs. So yes I'd recommend LL Flooring for the floors but no way in hell would I ever contract for stairs again, and no way will I ever go back to the Greenville location to purchase anything. Best advice to anyone considering purchasing from LL Flooring , go to a different location and ask questions lots of questions and if the "sales person" doesn't know the answers in detail. Walk away fast. real fast.

Much better price and service than was offered by the big box store. My wife loves the new floor. We are very happy with the service, value and quality of the flooring. I highly recommend Full Service flooring for all of your flooring needs. They went above and beyond what was expected.. I just can't say enough about the service we received. Five Stars +++++++

We quickly expanded our operation from one store-front to all four and took over the whole building. In 2010, we sold our carpet and rug cleaning business to our employees and expanded our flooring operations. In the same year, we joined Abbey Carpet & Floor (from Naples, Florida) and opened a second location on Firetower Road: Abbey Full Service Flooring. 2014 saw continued growth as we moved to our new location in Ange Plaza in Winterville - Full Service Flooring.

We didn't know if we could afford everything (based off 1st quote we received) we wanted done to our new home but once we received his quote it surprised us to find out we could go ahead with all the work we wanted to get completed. We did receive one more quote we had scheduled the following day of his that was even higher than the 1st (Forrests quote was a few thousand less). So next We scheduled a date for Forrest to start the projects and he arrived as he should as I will be honest he was 30 minutes late the first day which wasn't a big deal to us as he let us know beforehand he was running a tad late. He did some demo work and hauled off the old materials at the end of that day. he then showed up 30 minutes early the following morning with all the material in tow to complete the projects we wanted to have done (Bathroom remodel including new flooring, replace bath tub with custom tile stand up shower, new double vanity install, add a small linen closet, new toilet, new paint and wainscoting with chair rail molding, added receptacle and 2nd matching vanity light, new fan/light combo, new double mirrors, removal of popcorn ceiling, paint ceiling and add crown molding. He did an excellent job on the bathroom and we couldn't be happier with the work he completed. it's been 6 months or so since the project was done and we are yet to have an issue. If we did I'm confident he would come and fix the issue with no questions asked as we have now formed a pretty solid relationship with him and his family. The other projects were painting the kitchen, putting down new LVP flooring, installed a new butcher block countertop as well as a new sink, new kitchen trim, painting kitchen cabinets (he was very meticulous about as he took some time prepping them but as the process went on and research I did realized that the biggest step when doing detailed painting), sanding and staining a kitchen table, new steps on our deck (corner steps running the length of the deck both ways), putting down a covered 15' x 20' paver patio area with a A frame roof shelter with matching metal roof to our house as well as a 4 receptacles on each corner post/string lights surrounding and a dimmable set of remote LED outdoor lights, a paver walkway from deck to patio area, 2 floodlights on rear corners of house, new window above kitchen sink, a new fold down ladder attic access door, as well as a few other odds and ends (painting a few shutter, fixing a garage door, added a attic fan on a thermostat which has worked wonders keeping it cooler in here, and a few other small tasks). He had proper permits taken out and is very knowledgeable in what he does. All I can say is we are thankful we met him and will have him do any work we have in the future no questions asked. I trust him as a person and his quality of work as we had an inspector look over everything that was done and only caught one small thing. he told us the work was done very well and done correctly to the proper code required. He is a good human and has a big heart. I wasn't gonna comment on this post until I saw 3 stars and read the negative comment he received based on not showing up to a job. I would assume he had a good reason to not do so as from what ive learned of Forrest isn't in his character. I can say from experience his work is top tier and he is a pleasant person to be around.

Be aware that staining floors takes a number of days. Very happy at how they matched our existing floors (in hallway) which were 17 years old. I would definitely use Brady's Floor again and I recommend them to you without reservations. The price matched the quote provided.

Their communication isn't that great - it took him a while after the first visit to send us a quote. After we decided to hire him, he told us that the job would take Tuesday to Friday. They didn't tell us what time they were showing up and his men didn't call us when they came; they just waited outside until we came to open the doors for them. Who knows how long they were waiting? And they always left before we could ask them what time they were coming the next day. The worst thing was their failure to let us know the job would take three extra business days to finish. Normally, this would not be a big deal, but the problem is that they didn't tell us. I went to the house to check up on the progress on Thursday, and it was clear they weren't going to finish by Friday. They should've have told us up front, but instead, I had to chase after them to ask if they were going to finish on time, and the response was, "No, it will be done by Wednesday." I had other contractors lined up to come the following week and had to push all those appointments back last minute. Even if we didn't have other contractors coming, I felt it was disrespectful of our time for them to not proactively tell us the job was going to take longer than they thought. In the end, the job they did was okay for the price, but the finished work was not top-notch. Mr. Brady said they would fix the cracks and spaces between some planks of wood, and while all the small cracks are gone, the biggest gap between two planks of wood is still there.
