Olson was supposed to service my Triangle Tube boiler due to a product recall. Triangle Tube had informed me that they would provide the parts and cover all expenses. Olson said that was incorrect and that I had to pay for all labor and travel costs. I indicated that I didn't think it was right that I had to pay anything because of a recall. Olson said they would reduce the amount down to $400. Triangle Tube said that was ABSOLUTELY wrong. All Olson had to do was submit the required paperwork and they would be compensated. They sent emails to Olson (I was copied on those emails) indicating the above AND they spoke to them on the phone. So you would think this issue was resolved. But no, today I receive a past due notice for $400. I would not/will not use them for anything in the future and would certainly NEVER recommend them to anyone!
