I think the staff make the experience what it is. I have to shout out A specifically! They were so attentive and helpful when my partner and I needed help picking new litter for our cats. They walked us through the different kinds of litters and which ones they preferred. Later on, they took the time to educate us on raw food for cats and went out of their way to give us some samples of raw food as well as treats. I've noticed that the general experience every time is to get a sample of some treats for our pets, which I really appreciate. Usually, whenever I would try to book an appointment elsewhere they would say they were full or not accepting clients at the moment (for dental services/new client check ups). The new client fee was $119 (not including check up/vaccination price). I was able to book the checkup appointment right away. There is parking there which is a little tight, but had a few spots open. Dental cleaning appointment is only scheduled on a Tuesday or Wednesday starting at 7am (can pick up after work). They were so kind and gave me really great advice when I had questions. Thank you for offering us your service and taking care of my dog.

I observed soon after that when I would drop her off, I definitely saw her licking her lips and not look 100% comfortable. Coupled with a staff that seemed inattentive to customers waiting, and would not quite pay attention at drop off, we only went a handful of times. I just started Daisy here at Camp Crockett and she cannot get enough. When we pull up, she starts screaming in the car. When I drop her off, she doesn't even glance back at me! Her wiggly body language to the staff says "HURRY UP, open that door, let me go see my friends!" Daisy is a veteran of multiple different daycares across state lines, so the experience at the other day care came as a surprise--she never disliked any other daycare before. Now that she's at Camp Crockett, I'm comfortable that she's having a blast and feels safe to enjoy herself.
