I have experienced excellent physio for a previous whiplash injury before moving to Ottawa. Four years ago I was attacked working at Canada's Wonderland. My physio therapist was extremely helpful. The female physiotherapist here was lacking in knowledge. The assessment took a long time and any physical manipulation was lacking. Not only that ice, heat, acupuncture or the tens machine was an additional cost aside from the "physio" that I had received. I'm calling my insurance company to see if I can switch. I don't think my neck, shoulders, or back will improve here.
