I was fortunate to have a chance to visit with Ruth and Tina when I arrived. Their vision is exciting! If you have a chance, arrive early so they can share with you their wonderful ideas. Ruth and Tina spared no expense on designing a studio that is very warm and inviting. I did my first vigorous class with Rebekah on October 5th 2022. Rebekah is a fun and very knowledgeable instructor. I love the way she builds on the flow. Allowing your body to warm up before breaking into more difficult poses. Rebekah is also excellent with counter poses which are very important when practicing yoga. Her class was a vinyasa with a few "circus tricks" lots of twists and balancing . Shala yoga loft is now my favorite thing to do on Wednesday at noon. ----- It's now 2023, and I'm now a member at Shala yoga loft. I now go to as many classes as I'm physically able to go to. I love the variety of classes that are offered and the uniqueness of each of the instructors. I honestly believe that Shala's yoga instructors are the best. They are all very kind and extremely knowledgeable. I also LOVE the choice of chilled or heated lavender towel at the end.

As much as I considered myself to be an outgoing, confident person before beginning my sessions, I…read morecan say with certainty that I was merely a shell of the person I am today, only 3 months later. Since my very first session, I have healed and flourished in ways I never imagined I could. I initially resorted to hypnosis simply as a means to lose weight, as I have had a pretty rough 5 years. However, the 30 pounds I have lost and kept off over Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and NYE now feel like the most insignificant changes in myself, considering all the other major pieces I have put into motion. It is not possible, unless I write a short-story of my own, to put into a simple review how many ways Cal has helped me find my purpose. The 7th-path self-hypnosis he created has changed my life, and is now a regular and favorite part of my daily routine. Cal's quick-read book "The Secret Language of Feelings" provides easy tools to process every possible feeling. Most important to me, after more than 35 years of suffering from extreme OCD, hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars in therapy, medications, etc., I can say that I am absolutely FREE from these triggers, and the feeling is incredible. I'm not done with this program yet, and I will happily choose to continue this practice every single day, but the effects in only 3-short months are simply incredible. This process, my progression, and my entire outlook far exceeds anything I could have dreamt in my wildest fantasy. But now? I know the sky is the limit with the tools I have been given, and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for the "me" I was always meant to be. Cal, you have helped change my life in ways most people on fantasize!

I had tried medication, therapy, changes in "sleep hygiene" and routine, sleep apps with guided meditation and nothing worked. Not only did Cal fix my sleep issues in just 6 sessions but things in my life continue getting better and better. I had a lifelong fear of heights that vanished and we never even spoke about that! When you address root causes like Cal does there is a strong positive ripple effect. The techniques that he uses are so powerful I decided I had to learn from him so that I can help people too. If you have something that's been holding you back in life, Cal can help you with it. You don't have to continue suffering. If you can't get to him Dallas, he will work with you through Zoom (that's how we worked together) and it's just as powerful!
