After two long 5-6 hour drives, my back and legs were in pain. Luckily, Hands in Harmony were listed and found time for me the same day. Great entrance, waiting area and session rooms. My Specialist, Deanna Lala, is an expert at releasing the tightness using strong and focused pressure. I have been going to my current specialist in California for 10 years and loved the techniques that Deanna used during our session. WOW, glad I found this place, sorry I live so far away. read more

Hands in Harmony is the best massage studio in the Corridor hands down! Always professional and courteous. Melinda is great!

Fantastic massage, super welcoming atmosphere, cozy warm room, and Kim was wonderful. An oasis in Mt.Vernon.

I had the pleasure of obtaining craniosacral master massage from the superb Ellen Meyer. I enjoy trying different types of massages for that Hands in Harmony, and this was no exception. Not only did it alleviate neck pain, as of now, I am a much greater range of motion in my upper vertebrae. On top of that, it was oneof the most relaxing massages I've had in years. I most definitely will return to get this specific massage again and would recommend to anyone consideringgetting a massage to book an appointment with Ellen Meyer! read more

Ownership, reception, therapists, incredibly exceptional and talented. A relaxing studio to rival any to be found in the world. The open nature, welcome, atmosphere, and ambience are second to none. Most highly recommended! read more

I just had a perfect massage 10 out of 10 with Kelly . I have had massages all over the United States but Kelly is amazing as are all of the massages I have had in the past at Hands. They also give a teacher discount in the summer which made it affordable for me to go there. I can't say enough about this great local business. read more

This was my first massage and I can't wait to go back. I originally scheduled for 2pm but had something come up an hour before and they were more thaN willing to move it for me. When I arrived it was very quiet and peaceful. Granted it was late at night and no one but I was there but it was great. Courtney gave me my massage and then gave me a tour of the new location. I WILL be back, along with my friends to give more of their treatments a shot! read more

This place is awesome! I have RA, and need regular massages to help with the pain and stiffness. Every time I come here, I leave refreshed and relaxed and the feeling lasts for many weeks. Kelly is great, and I don't know how I would make it without her! read more

I always have the best results whenever I see Ellen M. for a massage! She really has a sense for finding the problem areas and giving extra attention to those muscles. My neck and shoulders give me a lot of pain and, after a massage with Ellen, I leave feeling like the range of motion in my neck has increased dramatically. I also love the relaxing and peaceful feeling upon stepping inside Hands In Harmony. I highly recommend a visit for anyone looking for pain relief, relaxation or both! read more

My wife and I get a couples massage from them at least once a year. Upgrading to the Ultimate Couples package is well worth the money. The therapists work as hard or as soft as you request. Do not be afraid to speak up. Every therapist we have had has been very accommodating. read more

My husband went to Susan Petersmith and said she gave a great massage. I went later and I have to concur. Susan will definitely be our go to massage therapist! She is kind and effective. read more

I had been to Hands in Harmony once over a decade ago and had a great experience at that time. I was surprised to see how much they have grown and in a good way, it seems. I had an exfoliation treatment and deep tissue massage with Tappi and it was the best I've experienced. This is definitely my new spa! read more

I have always dreamed of a place that provides a variety of healing modalities, but until my visit to HIH had never been to one. I had a wonderful massage with Lovar and I look forward to visiting again soon to have a mini spa day so I can sit in the infrared sauna and have a facial. read more

There were scheduling problems and the owner did not handle it well. I had to wait in the waiting room and the receptionist asked me to sit down, but there was no chair and not an offer to get me one. I ended up having a massage with someone different and she was bleh, talked too much, was on the lazy side and I was shorted at least 15 minutes of my massage. I made a comment to the owner and she was rude to me as if it were my fault. Total joke. Also, the place is loud. You can hear conversations in other rooms not to mention foot traffic. read more

I would like to say that this was the worst experience my friends and I ever had. From walking to the front desk, sitting in a waiting area, and then waiting in the room for massage therapist. By the time I arrived it took them over 35 minutes to actually get me started which went into our message time. They expected us to pay the full amount and wouldn't take off from the bill. We booked an 75 mins and actually had a less then 50 mins but was told to pay full amount. When asked to speak with the owner she refused to speak with me. She was on the phone with the front desk lady and instructing her what to say. I felt that everyone working there was very unprofessional. I will never go back and would never recommend to any of my friends to go there. read more

Absolutely the best massage ever from Kelly. Deep tissue and the best I've had. Highly recommended.

I worked with Heather this past weekend and felt a marked improvement in my whole sense of well being both during and for several days after my full body massage. Heather was wonderful, checking in with my around my goals, preferences, and how she could be of greater assistance throughout the entire experience. Highly recommended. read more

I will try my best to say how happy I am with Clare. I met her at a company chair massage event. she noticed right away the problems in my shoulder area. I made an appointment for a 75 min massage with cupping. I used to have massage therapy every 3 weeks before my therapist of 4 years moved on to other avenues last year. she did a wonderful job at hitting the areas I have problems with, I instantly felt relaxed with her. And this is not easy for me to do. I had another massage with Clare and again it was awesome, she always asks what your problem areas are, if the pressure is good, if the cups are ok, if not she always adjusts the pressure to be able to help the muscles to relax. Clare always has different music so it doesn't get boring, and if you don't like what she has on she has so many other genres to choose from. On the 3rd visit we had a snag with the computer and my appointment not showing up. Clare felt so bad, she just kept apologizing and they were able to get me in with Paul for an hour which was great as I was trying to de-stress before vacation. Clare again found me afterwards and apologized. I scheduled my next 90 min with Clare, a few days before she contacted me because she didn't see me on the schedule and knew I had an appt with her. She finally found it and to say that we were looking forward to it was right on. I have been recommending you to anyone that wants relief. The place is clean and inviting. The front desk staff and management are always helpful and go out of their way to make sure that you are a happy customer. Clare and I have hit it off great and I have to say she is a great massage therapist and becoming a friend also. My only wish is that I could afford them more often. Thank you Clare and hands in harmony. read more

(Note: The previous review is outdated, Hands in Harmony has moved and is in a newer professional building). I had a positive experience and the massage therapist was very good. This is a welcoming place with nice decor and some pleasant features. For example, a Quiet Room where you can have tea before or after your appointment as opposed to a waiting room with people coming in and out, talking, etc. They offer varying lengths of appointments which worked well for me. They also have Yoga, early evening and weekend hours and tons of therapists. I was referred here and would return. A note, arrive 5 to 15 minutes before your appointment for paperwork & to take advantage of relaxing or asking questions before the appointment. Parking and entrance are in the rear of the Dental office building which is nice. read more
