He is on time, fast and efficient, reasonably priced and thoughtful about the job. I trust him completely both with my personal belongings and with the workmanship. He works without much input or oversight once he understands what you want done and yet is flexible enough to accommodate last minute changes to personalize the job. I just like having him in the house or office; his personality is easy to work with and I appreciate that! We have had a bathroom remodeled, walls moved for a new cedar closet and shelves with custom doors with mirrors, and all manor of smaller items handled. I just start a list and once a year or so have him over for a day or two to get the stuff done and it feels great! Besides he's got all the right tools!

He quoted me a price and did not do any of the eclectic work he said that he would do. Then he tried to tell me that I had to pay for materials. He gave me a receipt from Home Depot that had a grinder and two grinding wheels. He wanted me to pay for the tools. He did not think I could not read a Home Depot receipt. He was the fool. I called him out on the con job and he flipped out. Started yelling to intimidate me. Anyway, I am a good guy, so I overpaid him just to get him out of my life. He will not even give me a receipt as requested. Do not use this guy.

First off the quote for the work isn't the cheapest and the most expensive. But it was fair and in the middle. But the work they do and time spent to make sure the job is done properly was worth it. Billy replies and communicates quickly. Laro and Sam showed up on time and started the work. We all estimated the time would take half the day, but Sam ended up staying 2-3 hours than expected without any gripes. So for the prices paid, the communication, professionalism and promptness is well worth it. I still say do your own research as this is a true an honest review. I had an excellent experience with this team. It's hard to explain, but I just had a good feeling…read moreabout the experience from the moment I met Sam, one of the co-owners of the business. Unlike some of the other vendors I interviewed, he was *not* in high-pressure sales mode, and he asked good questions as we walked through to determine the scope of work. His time estimate for completion was perfect. The crew members he had assigned to the job were very clean, excellent communicators, and perfectionists. Thank you to Diego and Jose! I used the team for installing baseboards, texturizing ceilings and walls, painting ceilings and walls, installing backsplash tile in my kitchen, and refinishing a table surface. Regarding pricing - I used the Yelp service to help me obtain four quotes for painting my condo. One was very high, and the other three bids were all around the same rate. Twin Eagle Construction/Handyman Twins was in the middle of those three bids. I realize now that I have some additional work that I will need to have completed, and I will absolutely call them back.

He's Extremely responsive, if he says he'll be there at 8 AM, He's there right on time, every time. The crew are all extremely kind and knowledgeable, and they do an amazing job, every time! Even the way they clean up after every job - they leave the space impeccable! You can just tell that they take immense pride in every project! The professionalism is unmatched, and Igor's depth of knowledge never ceases to amaze us! We have never trusted a handyman/contractor as much as we trust Igor. He's honest, he never ever tried to upsell us, he's transparent about costs, and he's conscientious of our budgets. It's been four years and Igor has remained consistent in all of the above - we trust him as much as most would trust a brother or dad! BONUS: He has resources for everything! He knows and works with the best in the business, including AC professionals, structural engineers, etc. etc. A few projects Igor has done for us: - seamless drywall replacement and adding back texture for literal seamless repairs - took an unfinished and ugly old hot water heater closet and turned it into an incredible linen closet with all new shelving (chef's kiss perfection) - new sink replacement and removal of old one (not to mention advising on all things sink related) - Lifted AC off our roof to repair a leak underneath it + reinstalled - in process of demo'ing an alley kitchen wall, opening it up and giving us a kitchen island with overhead lighting, installing a range + oven, and more. - new sinks and toilets in bathrooms (removed old and got rid of them for us) - laid down brand new laminate flooring in our office and hallway (and removed the old flooring and left everything spotless) - installed hot water heater - repaired our attic access I'm sure there is more that I'm forgetting
