The stucco walls, facia, eaves, garage doors, all doors, and shutters. They have painted many homes (10+) in our neighborhood and with good reason. The price was right and it only made sense to use a painter that comes "neighborhood approved". They power-washed the entire house, scrapped off old peeling paint from wood surfaces as needed, filled in all stucco wall cracks, filled in all gaps between wood and stucco, worked two spray nozzles when painting the stucco to ensure great coverage from all angles, and finally did I mention they use premium DUNN-EDWARDS exterior paints. Ester and Armando worked great together as husband and wife and left no stone unturned. Thank you for the work that you did to my house to keep it looking good for the next 15+ years.
