When we moved into our home, we knew we had our plate full in terms of tree and landscaping work…read more About a half acre has been let go and is full of blackberries and willows falling all over the place. We've been able to cut a lot of it back, but one tree in particular looked too daunting and dangerous for us to try as amateurs, so that's how we found American Tree Experts. The husband and wife team Bill and Stephanie came to our house to take a look at the job and give us an estimate. I texted with the wife for some time on how much they could do, and they sent us a very competitive quote and we signed it, sent it back to them, and they arrived the very next day to do the work. That morning the team arrived, and they were friendly, professional and got to work immediately. I was really impressed with their safety management protocol, using such powerful tools. The cut down work was done in a flash, and then they transitioned to chipping. Once the chipping was done, they raked, swept, and blew away all the debris from the chipping and honestly the area was cleaner than before they started. Such a wonderful surprise! I love the personal accessibility of this team, via phone, text and email. It was a breeze to get a quote, as well as get the work finished, and the price was excellent for how much work this team got done in a very short period of time. The results speak for themselves, and my yard is much safer with this tree removed. I'm glad we found American Tree Experts, and am glad to have started a relationship with a local company for long term work that we know we will need for a pretty overgrown piece of land. Can't wait to do work with them again!

A Company That Stands Behind Its Work…read more We had an unfortunate incident involving our neighbor and Sniper Tree Services that resulted in our mailbox being damaged. We were out of town at the time and did not witness what happened, but Jonathan did the right thing--he told our neighbor to have us contact him so he could reimburse us for the mailbox. Our mailbox is a large, locking metal mailbox, so replacing it was not an inexpensive matter. We found the best price we could, thanks to Amazon Prime Days, and contacted Jonathan. He fully reimbursed us without hesitation. We really appreciate his honesty and willingness to take responsibility. In a time when good customer service and personal accountability can be hard to find, we wanted to take a moment to give Jonathan and Sniper Tree Services the recognition they deserve.
