But there was just one male waiter, who was acting super weird against me.
I happened to be the asian guy and my friend a Berliner. And I'm not usually this sensitive but this weird shit really got on my nerves.
The reservation was made by my friend, and the waiter denied my request to take the seat only until my friend showed up, even if I had all the informations needed.
At the end I paid the bill, and he acted as if I didn't exist, only trying to interact with my friend instead, and again, pushed me, giving orders like "hold it", when I simply tried to attached my card to the machine. It was too aggressive for a waiter's body language. There was so much cringe in the air that I had to laugh, finally he realized my presence and gave me this shocked look as if i came from nowhere.
And you know what, all these narrations don't actually come from me, but from my white friend, with whom this waiter was, compared to what I experienced, perfectly polite and friendly.
To be fair, other waiters were really kind and attentive. The way they talked to me and my friend was equally nice as professionals. So we can be almost sure that it was not me being a bitch.
He couldn't hide his discriminations or make it even just a bit easier to ignore. And I will not ignore or tolerate such behavior. So here you go.
And yeh, good luck with your special charm my guy.
