I arrived about 10 minutes early, Carlton was still with another patient and was about 15 minutes late to start my appointment. When I finally got into his office, he immediately told me, he's unable to treat tinnitus. I appreciated his candor, but it was weirdly abrupt. I have never had such a short medical consultation of any kind. I had literally just sat down. Back in reception, there was already someone else waiting. He then charged me $60 for the 'office visit'. I was in his treatment room for maybe 2 minutes. That's when I realized, he was double booked and running late. But he still wanted some money. Ugh. And then as I was leaving, he calls out, right in front of the other patient, "come back if have you regular aches or pains, but I can't treat THAT". Yeah he made it sound like I have some kind of 'irregular' condition. So basically I paid $60 to wait in reception for 25 minutes and then get embarrassed on the way out.

After months of searching for an Acupuncturist, I located Dr. Cho who is an in-network provider for my health Insurance carrier. Upon completion of my initial visit, he informed he's not billing Insurance and I would have to pay for my visit out of pocket and seek reimbursement from the insurance company. I thought it to be a little odd but no problem. He swiped my card for $120 and informed he'd email me a receipt. Cool! I received the receipt the following week and immediately submitted it to my insurance company to seek reimbursement less my $25 co-pay. A couple of months go by and I had not received reimbursement. I contacted the Insurance company and was informed the provider (Dr. Cho) billed for treatment and was reimbursed instead. I sent Dr. Cho an email inquiring about reimbursement and he insisted he had not billed for my service and has not been paid. I argued with my insurance company for about a month, filed a Department of Insurance complaint as I'm am owed $95. So finally 4 months later I got a call from an Executive with the insurance company confirming Dr. Cho in fact billed and was reimbursed and he should be the one reimbursing me and Dr. Cho should NOT be requiring contracted patients to pay upfront. Fast forward to today, I receive an email from Dr. Cho offering to reimburse me but at a lower rate than what I'm owed. No sir, you will pay me everything I am owed and not a penny less. He's agreed to reimburse the $95 I am owed. I do plan to have him pursued for Insurance fraud.

The clinic was huge and very easy to spot from the street, which made it easy to find my way to my appointment. There was a slight hiccup between the scheduler and office that impacted the intake process, but they were gracious, and I received a discount since I paid cash for the session. Visit has to be regular though for at least a few weeks. My body felt better as I was going thru accupunture for 3-4 weeks at this place. It's been years so I'm just relying on my memory Found Winnie from my Premera list of network for accupunture. I've referred a coworker, who ended up referring another coworker. the coworker's husband and her sister. Mind you, they even live an hour away! I still do accupunture when I can or remember that I have to do it. It feels great after each time. I also needed adjustment one time and her husband has strong hands and is as proficient as Winnie. Now I've referred them to 2 of my coworkers (new ones). Which also reminds me to set an appoinment with Winnie again. Feel better and refreshed! If you pay cash you get a discount. I use my HSA $. Highly recommended this place for your accupunture and chiropractor needs.

Highly recommend this place!…read more I was seeing a chiropractor in Bellevue, and their care was excellent, but I needed to find something that was closer to home. With the tolls and whatnot going to the Eastside, I figure I might as well just cut the extra trip if I can find something more local. My parents went here and were given the utmost care by Dr. Guan and Tony. They told me to check it out, and here I am.. I had a crick in my neck that hadn't gone away for the last two weeks.. My chiropractor in Bellevue had adjusted me twice, but the strain still persisted. I couldn't turn my head in any direction. I made an appointment and showed up. I was greeted promptly and set up to see the doctor. I was quickly brought in by Dr. Irene Young Park and asked the usual questions about where the problems area were. Dr. Park quickly assessed my problems and went straight to work to try to release the strain and allow me to find relief. Can I just say that I am utterly amazed? Dr. Park cracked my back in many places I didn't know were possible. In addition, I got a good 30-40 minute massage that really worked the problem shoulder with the pinched nerve. Thank you so much Thuan! I have never felt so relaxed. I was given tips on after care, a few exercises to do and was sent on my way. I highly recommend this place for a complete body work over!
