Obviously I called Southern Pride back and asked them to meet me at my house at 9:30AM that morning. It was about 8:45AM when I called them back to schedule. I had a quick errand to run before having the vehicle towed. Phillip with Southern Towing was at my house around 9:15AM. Phillip took great care in loading my wife's car onto his rollback. Not only did Mr.Lee take the time out of his day to call me back and leave a voicemail, he also gave me a time of when he could be at my home to help! We were in search of something a little quicker (outside of his area) so we told him maybe we can call him back if we decided we needed his services. Well, Mr.Lee ended up calling us back! He had a reference to someone who was closer to our location who could help us in a quicker time! His reference "Juan" was on time, extremely helpful did everything in a timely fashion! We had an appliance that we purchased with our pickup truck get stuck in our backyard on a wet day. We had also called a service closer to our house who told us that "they could not help due to the fact that they could also get stuck on the wet grass". No fear!!!
