He came over made the assessment and placed and set traps with a camera so they knew when they captured the squirrels. After catching 2 squirrels and putting stronger wire over the entry point. Then placed another trap just in case there might have been another way in. But no more issues with the squirrels. I hope I don't have any more wildlife or other pests but if I do, I would definitely go back with Pestify. And you cannot miss their truck!

During the first visit, the technician spent much of the time on his phone searching for information, which did not give us confidence that he knew how to handle the problem. After the first treatment, the infestation actually became worse. Nothing appeared to die, and the pests seemed to pour out of the walls. When I contacted the company to request a partial refund because the treatment was ineffective, the owner argued with my husband over the phone. Despite paying $550, we were only refunded $100. In the end, we had to hire another extermination company to properly address the problem. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this company.
