I have been going to this store for almost ten years off and on. Except for one lady who works…read morebehind the counter, everyone who works there is really cool. I know them and they know me, we joke around, bs a little, never once had an issue, except this one lady. I don't her name but, she has been working there as long as I have been going, she always has a mask and gloves on. I have always been extremely nice to her and she has always been extremely rude to me. I am not sure if it is racism or she just doesn't like something about me. I can remember countless times seeing how she reacts to customers of her race in front of me and changes her demeanor when it's my turn to pay. For instance, a few weeks ago someone of her race was short around 15 cents, she said "all don't worry about it, I got you." Then she looked at me and quickly said "all, I was cleaning up and just found some change." That was very peculiar because, any time I short or the bill is say $10.01 she always demands the penny. I used to leave my extra change there for ppl who need it and because the other cashiers would never demand a few pennies, when I reminded her one time she got and said that doesn't help her today. That is just a little back story on my experiences with this lady. Today I went to buy something, I have a ton of change so, I was paying with it. Right away she started with her rude attitude towards me, even more than usual since she got loud this time and told me to count it out and said she had to watch the cameras. I want to mention that I never once got mad or loud with her, I began counting the change and when I was almost done she rudely and loudly told me it wasn't enough so, I asked her to wait since I wasn't done. She got extremely mad at this point and told me to leave. She about four or five of her friends there hanging out and one of stuck up for me and asked why she was doing what she was doing. She just kept yelling, I gathered the change and asked her why she is always so rude to me and that this time I was going to let the owner know. That made her yell louder, I am not sure of everything she was saying but, some of it was discriminatory. Like I said I never yelled, as she was yelling at me I did tell her she was rude in a normal voice. I hope the owner sees this post and looks at the camera footage to see how she was treating me. I believe she was way out of line and at the very least the owner should have a talk with her.
