Some are definitely good but most have no idea what they are doing. The soccer FS 1 channel at the room doesn't work and they give some excuses everyday. The one in the lobby is supposed to be working but no one could operate the tv or remote and couldn't do it. One guy figured out and got it . But next day it's all gone. Staying the entire week and they just ignore you when your tv is not working and desperately wanting to watch the game. Next time motel 6, must be better atleast they got people to fix the tv. First time they answer and next time they won't and hide in the back room. They won't follow up but when you try to follow up as you are missing the game they get an attitude and threaten you. This is absolutely the worst one and they don't care for sure. The GM is not able to control the quality of service it seems. So this a different Hilton and don't assume they are all same. Please avoid this place if you can and will be sorry when you have an issue to be solved, you are on your own. First time I give a bad review though this may be unfair for the good people working here as well. Apologies.

So when we checked-in, we were given two rooms close by each other, but not connected. Luckily we could make this work even though it wasn't ideal for our family. The staff at this location were apologetic and professional, but they were limited in what they could do. It's really more of an issue at the corporate level and the way that reservations are made. I still give our stay 4 stars because of the professionalism of the staff on-site. I would just encourage anyone needing a connecting rooms to call ahead and assure the actual rooms have been assigned before you arrive. The rooms were clean, although probably could use a refresh aesthetically speaking. The location was convenient and safe. The on-site restaurant serves a nice breakfast and our server was super friendly. We would return, but likely not try booking connecting rooms again.

After completing the work and delivering the materials requested they completely ignored all requests for payment. They were most likely unhappy with the testing results of their hotel for meeting Hilton standards, but we are just hired to perform the testing, not to fabricate the results. When we inquired about "how" some of the things were done we discovered a pattern of just hiring unqualified (and I suspect undocumented) persons to perform the work. (We also worked on two of their other properties in the same time frame.) Honestly, they just assume that since we're a veteran-owned small business and they own a dozen hotel chains that we're too small to cause them any problems. They just refuse to pay their bills and figure we'll go away. Well, after 7 months of them not paying the bills due in October of 2025, we figured we'll just start sharing the experience with others as a warning. This is not a good company to do business with and Hilton should know they intentionally cut corners as a way to try to bypass the Brand requirements Hilton has for all properties. As a small-business owner for 25 years, this is the first customer in our history to cheat us on the bill by just passively ignoring us and hoping we'll go away. Well, we're not. This is NOT the kind of way people should be treated.

Because they're money hungry here and would rather overbook than make sure they have enough rooms to take care of paying guests. End up in a room with a tiny, junk pull out 'couch.' Not worth the $220+ I just paid for the night, and a miserable experience for the person traveling with me. Don't boom if you actually need the accommodations you book. I'm a Titanium Elite member and they didn't care about me, so they sure won't care about you either. They gave me 2,000 points for the inconvenience.. what's that? $20 of points? The staff was quite nice, friendly, and helpful - particularly the front desk (I did not have housekeeping service the room as I was only there for 3 days). The hotel itself was decent - it gives the vibes of an older building that has maybe been remodeled. There are definitely telltale signs of that throughout, but the property seems well-maintained overall. Immediate downside: the walls are quite thin, so you can basically hear your neighbors having a conversation in the room next to you - especially if the rooms have that throwback 90s adjoining door. Another thing is this hotel has the widow heat/air units, which are (in my opinion) notoriously difficult to get the right temperature on, which I find to be particularly annoying. Positive: the breakfast is actually quite decent - the little cheesy egg quiches they have are quite good! I'm not sure I would stay here again by choice though just because of how thin the walls are (my neighbors were apparently recording/producing music in their room, which was exceptionally irritating). I was also put into an accessible room, which isn't a complaint per-se, but I think that room should have been saved for someone who may have needed it.
