Kiara was at the check-in counter when I arrived and she was amazingly pleasant and helpful. She…read moregets 5 stars on her own. I'd give her 10 if I could. Regarding the hotel, it was nice and as far as my room was concerned very clean. If you're looking for the most up to date technology in the room this isn't the place to go. But there's a tv with numerous channels, a mini keurig, a mini fridge which worked very well at keeping food cold and a microwave. Other rooms may have more amenities but I can only speak for the room I stayed in. For the shower, the water ran nice and hot which I prefer, some may not. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Also there was working air conditioning which for me was a must have! My stay was for three nights. This was rated at 4 stars for three reasons. 1) I asked if I can do a late check out and was informed I had to do it early the morning of my leaving. To me that makes no sense because if I'm trying to sleep late or if I had am appointment etc the point of a late check out would be to avoid having to do anything early that morning. So the morning of my leaving I called and I'm informed that I called too early, I have to call during the next morning shift. Now how was I supposed to know which shift to call? That information would have been helpful when I was told to call in the morning. When I finally got the right shift amd asked about late check out, I was informed the latest I could get was 12:30. Regular check out is 12.... So that whole process was a waste. 2) If a guest asks for a late check out its probably for a reason as mentioned before. So why deactivate their key? I'm taking items to my car so I can leave on time and when I get back to my room to get the last of my stuff and make sure all is cleared out, my key doesn't work. I had to find someone cleaning on the floor to see if they can let me in the room so I can clear out. 3) I checked the rates when checking in. When checking out and looking at my receipt I had different rates for one of the days. I had to get that squared away. At first it seemed like the person at the desk was just going to be like oh well you were told the wrong thing and leave it at that but thank God it was there noted on my account the correct rates for my stay. The GM made the correction which avoided a huge ordeal but I could see that whole situation taking a u-turn of those notes weren't there. So how did this still get 4 stars? Because none of the above happened really until the last day. If this was the issue all throughout my stay that would have changed everything. It was still a good stay.

After completing the work and delivering the materials requested they completely ignored all requests for payment. They were most likely unhappy with the testing results of their hotel for meeting Hilton standards, but we are just hired to perform the testing, not to fabricate the results. When we inquired about "how" some of the things were done we discovered a pattern of just hiring unqualified (and I suspect undocumented) persons to perform the work. (We also worked on two of their other properties in the same time frame.) Honestly, they just assume that since we're a veteran-owned small business and they own a dozen hotel chains that we're too small to cause them any problems. They just refuse to pay their bills and figure we'll go away. Well, after 7 months of them not paying the bills due in October of 2025, we figured we'll just start sharing the experience with others as a warning. This is not a good company to do business with and Hilton should know they intentionally cut corners as a way to try to bypass the Brand requirements Hilton has for all properties. As a small-business owner for 25 years, this is the first customer in our history to cheat us on the bill by just passively ignoring us and hoping we'll go away. Well, we're not. This is NOT the kind of way people should be treated.

Off-the- main road so quiet location, plenty of parking and helpful pleasant staff upon entry. Plenty of the trolleys to carry our luggage to the room. Seamless check in and free water given to us at the desk...and sweets from being a valued member. BTW, left my toiletries and they were so kind to provide tooth brushes and tooth paste. Off to the room, elevator and overall facility was clean, well let and comfortable. Indoor pool was available...small but functional. Other amenities, like fitness center. Room was nice, you could although well maintained a bit dated. Limited outlets and no connections for data cables. Coffee, no tea, TV mounted to table limited viewing somewhat. No chair height, low flow toilet...knees on the floor....ha ha ha . The shower was unpleasant and quite frustrating due to the low water flow...

That didn't diminish my stay though. The room was clean, the bed super comfortable and the ac worked. It is true you can hear action in the hallways or if the person ext door is loud and it sounded like a pet animal was visiting next to me but it wasn't at a point we're it disrupted me. If there's a party or a family with lots of kids playing in the hallways or maybe unruly Teens I can see that being a problem. The front desk receptionist was friendly when I arrived and I needed extra soap and shower caps and that was provided for me. I didn't try room service or the bistro downstairs but I do know they had one available. Also I didn't use it but the fitness room and pool were also open. Finding the entrance can be a bit tricky especially in the dark for the first time. Definitely use your GPS. And be careful of deer, foxes and bunnies. The Courtyard is on the right. It's in a nice area with a good amount of places to eat and not far from a selection of others if the ones near by doesn't appease your palette.

Daily maid service made bed and changed towels, but coffee was not replaced. Breakfast was the same every day i was there, and was just ok. The best part of staying here is the channel lineup is impressive. However there is no channel guide, so it takes a long time to find what is on what channel. However, during my 4 night, 5 day stay we experienced very unreasonable Safety Concerns and Overall Quality service in 2 areas. (1). Ther Fire Panel was in Alarm / Trouble condition the entire 5 day stay. (I am very knowledgeable on Fire Panel operations due to my job.). The panel showed a "red" light condition that clearly implicates minimal operational condttion, but I thoght nothing of it as I "assumed" the panel was being worked on upon our arriva. it wasn'! For the next 4 nights the Fire Panel went into "alarm" condition @ 12:37AM!! Yes, just after midnigh... just like clock work. There was no notification to me or my fellow guests about this "on-going" condition. Sleep mknimal, rest minimal! Mgt. feedback -- simply "Sorry." (2) Next, the Disability room shower kept overflowing into the room! Yes, drainage slope and clogged were the reasons. When it was mentioned to Housekeeping... "She stated that" Yes, it does that. Here are some extra towels to block the water into the shower.". Do you think ANYONE came to talk to US or resolve the water everywhere or slip hazard in a "Disability" room?!... NOPE, NADA, ZIP! TOTAL fed up with place. You decide if this place will work for you. Regards,

In particular we want to recognize Coke and Gerald at the reception desk, and the young man who helped us in the breakfast area. The staff was quite nice, friendly, and helpful - particularly the front desk (I did not have housekeeping service the room as I was only there for 3 days). The hotel itself was decent - it gives the vibes of an older building that has maybe been remodeled. There are definitely telltale signs of that throughout, but the property seems well-maintained overall. Immediate downside: the walls are quite thin, so you can basically hear your neighbors having a conversation in the room next to you - especially if the rooms have that throwback 90s adjoining door. Another thing is this hotel has the widow heat/air units, which are (in my opinion) notoriously difficult to get the right temperature on, which I find to be particularly annoying. Positive: the breakfast is actually quite decent - the little cheesy egg quiches they have are quite good! I'm not sure I would stay here again by choice though just because of how thin the walls are (my neighbors were apparently recording/producing music in their room, which was exceptionally irritating). I was also put into an accessible room, which isn't a complaint per-se, but I think that room should have been saved for someone who may have needed it.

Mainly because it appeared that the only restaurant or shop around was a Chuck E Cheese restaurant and heaven knows I didn't want to have to eat here every night for dinner (kids + pizza = nightmares). The interior of the Hampton is the same as all other Hampton Inn's but this one is undergoing a renovation. You would not know it from walking in so there is no disruption to your stay unless you want to use the pool or gym. They were offering accommodations so not to worry about that either. So where this Hampton stands apart from other Hilton properties is the customer service. Miss Sherry on the front desk is awesome. She was just a joy at the first moment you meet her. She remembers names as well so you get a "Welcome Back, Mr. ____" or "Good morning, Mr. ___" which is rare. I have not felt that special feeling of being a Diamond member for quite some time, but Miss Sherry made me feel appreciated. This location sure has a Diamond of there own with her at the front desk; and, all other Hilton properties should follow in her footsteps. Everything else was the typical Hampton Inn so nothing to complain about here.

Won't be returning.
