    If I could give the woman behind the desk this star only. They were very accommodating and pleasant. I sure have to say that they must put up with quite a bit. I have been a Hilton member for over 20 years. I have to say I have never been subject to a Hampton inn this bad. Our room was dated and not cleaned the best someone's underwear was in the bathroom and a cockroach at t. Ok I always check the sheets they were clean. The sink drain didn't work water wouldn't go down. Gross! I tried 3 different rooms mildew smell in the first new try and the 2nd room dirty feet. I brushed my teeth in the tub no where else to brush. The guest bathroom down stairs was cracked and calked with 2" of the stuff. All in all I sure wouldn't stay.

    Read all the reviews below and believe any one of them rated 2* or below. Note the dates on them...this Hilton property hasn't improved at all in years. We stayed here in early July 2023 and it was awful. We did sleep well but when I had opened the fourth half and half container and, like the three before them, the liquid had congealed, we found breakfast somewhere else. This is definitely not up to the Hilton standard.

    A Thanksgiving week trip found us broken down along Interstate 75 while driving a Ford F250 Super Duty truck while pulling a 34 foot RV en route to Florida. Our original plan included a night reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn located in Tifton, GA. I had already checked in earlier that day on the Hilton App for our overnight stay. After breaking down and an exhausting time spent beside the Interstate we felt fortunate to locate the Hampton Inn located in Perry, GA. Honestly, a Knights Inn would have been an improvement over this Hampton location. CHECK IN Our experience began with the check-in experience. I could not reserve a room using the digital check-in since I was already checked into the HGI in Tifton. So, I walked into the lobby and up to the front desk where I waited roughly fifteen minutes for the desk clerk/night auditor to come out from the back office area. The desk clerk seemed to think we must be con artists or frauds since we did not have a reservation. Instead of listening to our situation, she needed to see ID and seemed hesitant to lease a room despite only have ten cars in the parking lot at 1:00 AM. I explained our situation but then was interrogated about how I intended to pay. I handed the clerk my Hilton Amex card along with my Hilton hHonors Diamond loyalty card. It was instantly made known that this particular Hampton property has no desire or use for loyal Hilton customers. I think at this point, I should have just walked out and gone to another area hotel since there are so many around. We finally got checked into a room and received a key card. I could tell that I really bothered them to take my $144.75 and they made sure to let us know we really were not welcome. ROOM: The room was older but it was clean and stocked. our room was Room 121 on the first floor. The rooms are older and in desperate need of a refurb. The door has large gaps on all four sides that allow the bright hallway lights to come inside the room, and there is constant noise from the ice machine across the hall and other guests. The outside parking lot lights also shine brightly into the room and the blinds are virtually useless in blocking the light. Highway noise and hall noise left us awake all night as we waited for the local Ford Dealership to open the next morning. CHECK OUT Our check out is the only place this Hampton Inn did not fail miserably. I was able to request and receive a late check out so that we could have time to get our truck into the service garage and pick up a rental car. We were also provided two bottles of cold water when we checked out. The day shift desk clerk did have some people skills and did not seem to hate her guests. Bottom Line, this Hampton Inn is a black mark on the Hilton brand. As a loyal years-long, Hilton customer my brand loyalty will remain with the Hilton brand, but if this had been a casual traveler instead of a traveler with thousands of Hilton experiences I probably would not return to any Hilton property.

    Not up to Hampton Inn standards. Very disappointed in the room. Smelled musty. Hall floor was wet. Pick another hotel. Staff was nice.

The desk clerk was nice, our room was nice and the motel had some decent amenities. It had an exercise room (which I didn't use), free breakfast, and a beautiful pool (which I did use). I saw the pool, and it was a nice size, quite long and it kept on enticing me to get in. After I woke up, I did a bunch of laps. It was lovely. The room was clean, with two very comfortable queen size beds. There is also a liquor store right across from the motel, (no highway to cross to get there). So, if you want to get a bottle of spirits, it's very convenient. Enjoyed my stay and would come again.

We were here for a Welcome Home Celebration. Initially the celebration was planned to take place at the park. I'm so happy there was a change in location. Upon arrival guest were arriving for several events in the area. We were greeted by the front desk attendants and advised where our party was meeting. The lobby area decor and furnishings are beautiful- suade wing back chairs, leather studded ottomans. Snack area (vending machine) tucked away in a corner next to the lobby. The cafe was well stocked with condiments. Breakfast served everyday There are quite a few meeting areas that are used for birthday celebrations, meetings, etc. Each room can accommodate at least 200 guests. Each room has a large projector and mounted TV. Since we did not stay overnight, I'm not certain how the rooms looked but according to the lobby, conference rooms, etc I'm certain they're nice. There is also a Fitness room. It's also conveniently located off 75 where several restaurants are located in walking distance. If you're traveling or in the area, check this hotel out.     Usually a 1 for "incidental" charges but this hotel is a great stop - looks newly renovated and…read morestaff friendly. Good selection at breakfast and indoor pool and hot tub is really nice. Rooms have no more carpet which is great ! The issue for most travelers is the "incidental" charges hold - $100. Having this hold in a hotel with no restaurant, no room service, no bar and no - incidentals means it is a money grab. Travelers have another $100 hold on cards they need to travel. Takes days for the credit card to put it back on - and for what? Can't order anything - so the hotel owner is trying to boost average daily balance and have cash extra day. (Or could be) Can't be a damage hold as no one will pay that and just do a chargeback - Then when issues arise with the returned money the hotel blames the bank. The credit card company - even a mistake where they "forgot" to replace it. And I've had it all happen in my travel days. If there have been issues with unruly guests in the past that led to holding extra money then who would want to stay if dangerous? No, the incidental charge holds needs to go. A 5 star rating for sure - except for the extra attention I need to do for making sure the money is returned. Hold or not - the money is gone from my account and can't use it.
