Hotel was nice, in a good area. Quiet, very nice front desk people, good free breakfast. Will say it is a little pricey but over all 10/10.

Stayed here overnight on our way to dallas from Tennessee! Location is close to I-40 and very close to lot of restaurants & fast food! Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly! Breakfast was excellent as well! Gym equip could use some upgrades, other than everything else was on point

Location is convenient, feel safe staying here, new or newly renovated, clean, reasonably priced, front desk staff very friendly, pet friendly, free breakfast, next to a mall and many different stores and restaurants as well. Just be sure to book through the app or the front desk. If you press "2" for reservations you get a third party and they don't seem to know what they are doing. (If you don't press anything you will get the front desk at the hotel).

So I had the great opportunity to stay at this Hilton location for 40ish somewhat days. I really enjoyed myself. Amanda's entire staff made it feel like home away from home. From Parker, Stacy, Tash, and everybody else at the front desk would always great me when seen no matter what time it was. The cooks in the morning would always provide a great big smile and say hello before I grab my food. The housekeepers were always so cheerful and kept my room in killer status. Must say I was here for that unusual cold front that caused the Iced roads and snowstorm during a span of 1 1/2 weeks. Everyone helped and looked out one another ... "I could feel the Aloha in the air" Oh yeah, even got the opportunity to meet the owner as well. He was so nice and seemed very warm hearted. Next time I'm in town will definitely try to stay here again. So mahalo's to everyone here at the Hampton inn

I loved my stay here for one night. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is great since I usually travel with my pup (you have to pay the pet fee). The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the hotel itself was also clean. This hotel chain is my favorite to stay during my stay anywhere in the U.S. The breakfast servings are enormous, and there are plenty of options. They are open from 6 am-10 am. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, especially this location, since there is a mall next door, restaurants close by, and bars!

Small clean hotel. I was on the road for 9 hours and the clerk behind the counter had an issue with the way I took my credit card back. I said I was sorry but it didn't satisfy the individual. I received and gave no grace. The small clean room had a click lock like plastic flooring on the bathroom. I really like the flooring but it is buckling next to the bathtub. The building has no restaurant or bar. There are a few typically bad restaurants within walking distance for me. I have bad hips and back.

When we entered the Hampton Inn, North Little Rock, we were greeted by Shay which was best welcome st a hotel I've received my whole life. Shay also remembered my name as said hello the next day. The whole 4 day visit was great. Everyone who worked at the front desk had great greeting and hospitality skills. The hotel snack shop saved us our first night, as that's where we purchased dinner. All of the local restaurants were closed by the time we returned from running errands out in the city...LOL there were also complementary warm and delicious oatmeal raisin cookies at the counter in the evenings. Not only that, there's a complementary coffee station in the lobby. I visited it a couple of times during my visit. There were different roasts of coffee available along with an assortment of teas and everything you needed to make the perfect cup. My hotel room was spacious, clean and equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, desk, two ottomans and the other basics like plenty of towels, iron and ironing board... I was truly impressed with the room and it was more than what I expected. Hampton inn, North Little Rock will be my designated hotel every time I visit this city.

Despite using the code that was emailed to us, we could not open the front door. I called the contact number and was sent an alternate code that worked. We stayed on in the Turret Suite on the third floor. Our emailed code worked to open the room lock. The room was clean and spacious. The pro of the room is the drinks and snacks provided, but unfortunately, there was a lot more misses: - The Turret bathroom looked like it fit into the period style with a claw foot tub, but it was not easy to use. The flimsy pipes made for turning on the tub difficult. Soap and shampoo was on a table two feet away from the tub. The raised claw foot tub made for a dangerous slippery situation to reach for soap and to get in and out of the tub even with a grab bar. - The toilet comes with old plumbing. Make sure to flush twice, if not three times, as it lacks flushing water pressure. - There are no side tables next to the bed, so phones and other personal items lands on the windowsill away from the bed. - Two huge lamps hung over the bed that we had to move to avoid head bumps. - The windows faced the street, but the slatted window blinds made for a bright room to sleep. The house was clean and we were able to use the common sitting areas downstairs. It would have been nice, especially for the price point, to have a pot of fresh coffee available in the huge kitchen downstairs or even fresh cookies or other baked treats. Heck, for the price, breakfast should have been served since they have a huge unused dining room.

PROS + friendly, welcoming staff + dog-friendly (size limit = 80 lbs / $30 per day) + clean room (2 queen bed pre-taxes = $90.76) + nice, clean and cool indoor swimming pool + nicely-lit parking lot + mostly, seemingly safe area + entrance to rooms must be accessed going through lobby + short walk to Tropical Smoothie Cafe + very nice fellow clients... met a young lady from Abilene, TX, and her nieces. We had some funny chats. CONS - slow elevator - many full-sized trucks parked in two spaces or crooked - no hot tub - super small and thin pool towels - noisy neighbors - we admittedly ate a late breakfast, but it wasn't as good as other BWs I have been to. The coffee was not good at all. I usually drink mine black. Judging by other places I drove by, this was a great choice. I think staying downtown at the Hilton would have been my only other option while we had our dog.

Expecting the motel style of the Hot Springs Red Roof, my wife and I were surprised this location opted for the hotel, all enclosed layout complete with a flimsy, knob-less, cardboard like door to separate the smoking and non-smoking areas of the second floor. Silver lining, the entire place smelled like an ashtray full of full flavored filters and burnt roaches. Felt like I walked into an old mom and pop diner of days past. Quiet enough though that the only sound I heard when I went down to the lobby for coffee this morning was the soothing, silky voice of the receptionist tell a fellow boarder "You can't apologize to the dead. All those slaves? They did. They don't care about no apology". Nice to be served a little enlightenment with my morning cuppa joe. Kind of fee like I should skip the Bill Clinton Presidential Library altogether now. The room was clean enough, nothing of note to mention, but it just didn't FEEL clean...if that makes sense. Could've been the lingering stench of previous (and current) guests, or simply the trash that lined the halls on the way to my room. Overall, not a depressing experience but most definitely one I don't want to live through again. Fascinating enough, the Quality Inn across the parking lot looks like a whole new world or lodging and cleanliness. Amazing how one cracked asphalt drive can make such a noticeable difference. Save your money. Unless you're looking for an authentic and "real" Little Rock experience, find someplace else to lay your head at night. Edit: I rated it two stars instead of one simply because, unlike other unfortunate reviewers, I didn't happen to come across anyone seeking drugs or tweaking in the hotel hallways and the place (believe it or not) wasn't AS bad as the Motel 6. Otherwise, all of those one star reviews are pretty well spot on. Second edit: I couldn't do it. I couldn't knowingly leave a two star rating with a clear conscious. This place is a dump. Don't let the outer appearance fool you. As one reviewer said years ago, this place needs to be shut down.

Think South San Francisco, East Palo Alto, and the like. Not until I was staying at the Wyndham Riverfront Little Rock did I learn that North Little Rock is an entirely different town than Little Rock itself. I falsely assumed it was merely a geographical fact. Much of North Little Rock has a reputation for being less safe than Little Rock itself. But here in the Argenta neighborhood I felt that wasn't a factor. I walked freely during the daytime, along the riverfront and along the charming Marin Street, and hopped the trolley that showed me more in both towns. The parking lot out front of the hotel seemed safe, with security, and no evidence of any crime. In fact, the hotel has a popular bar and restaurant and shares a footprint with Benihana. A room here is inclusive of a morning breakfast - a very good one - with service that exemplifies Southern hospitality. The woman manning the omelet-making station each morning sparked joy. And actually, everyone who worked here was well-versed in hospitality. The hotel does not offer up daily room-cleaning but if you ask, it is happily supplied. I asked twice in four nights and enjoyed the neat, clean, and orderly room to which I returned each day. This hotel features an outdoor pool and an indoor gym, the latter of which my son reported to be "a lot bigger than I thought it'd be". The bar is popular (but not open very late) and the location is easy to get into and out of but also just over the bridge from downtown Little Rock. It's telling when I report that my family members tried to stay here again shortly after my 4 night visit and found no available rooms. They were able to get in a day later though. Wyndham Riverfront Little Rock is a good value (about $240/night), a place I feel very comfortable recommending, and one to which I'm certain I'll be returning.
