Large dining table that seats 6
Christie B.

My daughter got married this past Sunday and many of our wedding guests stayed at this hotel including me! We had the "Glam Squad" coming so I reserved the 1bed 1bath King Suite and it was PERFECT! From my daughter working with the team on room blocks to a few reservation fumbles and many early check-in's, this team hustled hard and I appreciated every bit of it. The room was so large and really nicely decorated (the entire hotel was recently renovated) so much so that we weren't sure we ever wanted to leave. There was a large counter space where I was able to lay out all of the snacks for the ladies to munch on while they were getting their hair and makeup done and plenty of room for the photographer to take those special moment photos. There's absolutely no way we could've done this in a smaller room so I'm so grateful we had the option. A special shout out to Rayanne who welcomed our family and friends at check-in much earlier than anticipated. She was fantastic!! Not to overshadow the rest of the team who was just as wonderful. A few misses for me was that the air conditioning vent in the bedroom, faced directly at the head of the bed so I had to sleep with a T-shirt over my face because the air was blowing so hard and cold but it was too warm to turn the AC off. The morning breakfast offered eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, toast, and bagels muffins, oatmeal, and juices. Everyone loved the waffles!! However the eggs were pretty salty, but I think that came from the cheese that was inside. I loved all the different juice options especially the watermelon water. This hotel offers spa water as well when you walk in and in the morning, they have coffee with real creamer, not the powdered stuff! Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures because the two days that we stayed were jam packed, but we did get some beautiful photos of my daughter in the room looking out the window that I will cherish forever!

Was in town for a wedding and had a fairly good stay. The room we got seemed newly renovated compared to the other pictures on Yelp. I liked the little touches like the folded animal towels on the sheets. The room does include a small mini fridge and microwave. The only downside is the noise of the hallway is quite loud as you are constantly hearing doors slam and people chatting in the hallway. The daily breakfast from 6-10am was pretty good and always clean, there was always a nice lady checking in the cafe area and wiping things down every few minutes. Loved making the mini waffles!

Pet poop

The hotel and all was nice. To my surprise I get a fee saying we had a pet in the hotel and that there was pet feces left inside. I talked to the hotel manager but he insist we had a pet yet he only had one picture of something that look like feces in some room. How do I even know it was from the tool I stayed at? and we got a $280 charge for this. We do NOT own pets of any kind and have never owned any so I am just so Disappointed on how they handled the Situation. Manager keeps insisting but one picture does not prove that was in our room or how that even got there is a mystery. Very frustrated and I am definitely not recommending this hotel to anyone. Worst experience ever. They could really check video and they would see we did not bring any pet in the hotel.

This hotel is under renovation. They were repairing a lot of stuff the pool area closed they were painting the fence. Our room on the 2nd floor was noisy during the day from banging or hammering. We had a standing room balcony a fireplace in the room. Fridge and microwave. Room were standard and clean except the bottom sheet on the bed came off on the corners. The pillow were small like standard instead of king size. Room had 2 chairs which was nice. The breakfast was good western omelette sausage and potatoes. The front desk people were nice. Some of the food items like the danish and milk was empty they didn't refill them and I did see the people who work there to ask them. Everything is looking good.

Michelle, the staff person is very warm and helpful. The room was spotless. The beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast was more than enough with multiple options. Only downfall was the pool needs some restoration and cleaning. It was slightly heated.and had water bugs in it.all in all. Had a wonderful stay with no problems.everyone was friendly and helpful

Jacuzzi permanently closed regardless of the Hilton photos showing they have one.
Victoria S.

Nice and welcoming staff. Unfortunately the photos on the Hilton app shows a jacuzzi and a giant pool. So for that a 1-star. The front desk and staff seems tired of responding to the questions about it. They have removed the jacuzzi specific amenity from the listings but a visual is a visual so they will continue to get bugged if its in photos. Its a small pool photographed to make it look way nicer. Its adequate for low Traffic times. Broken jacuzzi. I feel like that's something you should note on your description page. Especially if its been broken for 6+ months. Its ok to not have one, just dont let people think you have one if you dont. We travel with sports and rely on hotels with a jacuzzi. Poor form to bait and switch with the online photos and no description to explain the situation. Everything in our room seems clean. Hallways are light and welcoming. Freeway is not noisy. Theres a little Ag river waterway that kids get excited about. Thats not worth giving an overall terrible star because I hate yelpers. I enjoy information more though, and knowing what Im getting. So 3.5 stars.

I found this hotel to be well maintained and everything seemed to work out fine. My only criticism is that the breakfast room was unusually small, and they used the lobby of the hotel for overflow when the breakfast room becomes crowded. I asked about this at the desk, and they told me that improvements were in the works on this point with the next renovation.

Lots of room
Tom N.

I certainly would stay here again. It was clean. Bed was comfortable and dressing area with bathroom well designed. Only complaint I have is coffee mate is not cream. It has sugar and for a diabetic not good. During breakfast they should have cream in a container like other hotels

A nice touch to my room

I got into my room and it looked nice! I appreciated the option of firm or soft pillows but one of them didn't appear to have been washed. I liked that, although it's an inn, the doors and halls were inside- that feels safer to me. With that, however, everything is pretty loud. Everyone forgets common courtesy and lets their door slam behind them. You're surrounded by parking lots on both sides of the inn and fast food restaurants too. Bring a sound machine! My rooms door actually didn't have a working deadbolt. The stopper still worked but I also put a chair in front of the door overnight so I felt more secure. The rooms were updated and modern-looking but it looked like lipstick on a pig- not so well done. The breakfast was good and there was a lot of workout equipment in the fitness center. I did not try the pool but it being an indoor one is pretty neat. The hot tub was still boarded up. Some wins, some misses. I might stay here again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

There was a stark difference in quality of the hotel, with Morgan Hill being the poorer of the two experiences. Maintenance: Hotel elevator buttons don't light up, the elevator itself makes a lot of concerning noise. The rooms are very dimly lit. We had to use our phone flashlights so that my wife could apply her makeup prior to the wedding. Shower head had a lot of calcium deposit, had to wipe it ourselves to get it to keep the streams from shooting in all different directions. There wasn't any shower gel in the shower, requested it at the front desk. It didn't arrive until four hours later, which by that time I had captured one from the service cart in the halls. Experience felt less than quality.

It also has a really great gym which was really nice after a very long drive. The room itself was decent however they have a big gap on the bottom of the door and a lot of light was coming in at night. I ended up putting a towel underneath the door to stop the light. The bathroom also made a funny noise when you flushed, but other than that, it was a good stay. I am a little upset that you have to pay for parking. I don't understand why it's not like it's in a major city. Both gentlemen at the counter when I checked in and when I checked out were really nice and also very helpful

We started the trip with what I can say was a can't be beat resort stay here. We each had our own king rooms that honestly almost made me hate my own home. From the start of the stay pulling up to the security gate and getting greeted with so much energy and friendliness then being handed a rosemary bag to bring you into the mood. Immediately I knew I would love this place. The valets were great. The lobby staff were great. I was at the resort for two days and I swear I never touched a door to open. My room was ready early which was a bonus and the room. Again just great. Spacious. Ultra clean. All the amenities you could want. Fridge bar area. Fireplace. Sliding double doors to a private patio overlooking a fantastic golf course. Giant bathroom with separate soaking tub that was divine. I could review the golf all by itself. Super nice caddy Jack who it was a pleasure to spend the day working alongside and perfect weather because it can certainly get hot out there. We had a catered private lunch and then we had dinner in the bar area and everything was, you guess it, perfect. I will be back it's just a matter of when.

We also got the dark chocolate to snack on and that was good too. Beautiful winery and the grounds are immaculately clean. It wasn't very crowded which is nice and luckily we brought our low chairs to sit it. Just an FYI - I looked at the website before coming and it did say that they do provide folding chairs for their shows and we can bring our own as long as they are the low 4" or lower off the ground type and not the 14" ones from the ground with a built in cup holder which are the ones I have. Luckily my friend has the really low ones and she brought those. Much to our surprise they did not have any chairs on the grass set up at all - which was completely different than what's written on the website. So it was a good thing my friend brought hers. May be a good idea to update the info on the website so people coming to see shows here are aware of what to expect and come prepared. Thank you

There was only one chair, but a long nice window seat too high to sit on comfortably yet convenient to put our stuff. There was a huge mirror above the beds, probably to make the room look bigger. The bed was comfy enough. In the AM I had to print an itinerary & the front desk staff member Aaron was extremely accommodating, great customer service. Don't believe there's a pool or hot tub?! They do accept dogs in a few designated rooms. Breakfast? Nope, just danishes, muffins, oatmeal packets that also included coffee & juices. The price was right considering this room included a kitchenette. And I liked that the layout had a degree of privacy with the kitchen island separating the bed where my husband and I would be sleeping from the pull out sofa my kids would be sharing. The room layout, the price, and the convenient location are the only things going for this hotel. *Deep breath* Here goes: The pillows are HORRENDOUS. Our room had two beds including the pull out sofa, but the room only came with two pillows for the queen sized bed. I went to the front desk to ask for more. They only had ONE to spare. Instead, I was given a stack of extra linens, an extra couch cushion, and an apology. So one of my kids had to sleep using a pillowcase covered couch cushion that was stained (yuck) for a pillow. Which, to be fair, was probably more comfortable than the actual pillows. So flimsy you can stack two of them and STILL feel the mattress under your head. The pull out couch was miserable for my kids who could normally sleep on a bed of nails without complaint. It was so bad that we borrowed a spare mattress from a nearby relative to throw on top of the paper thin pull out mattress for the duration of our stay. The keycards. Omg the MFing key cards. They are so easily demagnetized that, we were having to get them replaced about twice a day for the entire week. Not exaggerating. They tell you not to put the key cards near your phone, car keys, in your purse or wallet, or near other credit cards. Where the hell are you supposed to keep them then? In a hobo bag tied to the end of a stick? The complimentary breakfast is pathetic. It's a fridge full of frozen Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwiches and a basket of Otis Spunkmeyer muffins, juice, coffee and there's a sign that says "Take ONE Item." My husband never says no to a free breakfast...and he said no to the free breakfast. The staff is friendly enough, and it was clean. But by the gods, do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE else if you want a good night's sleep, because this place was just the frickin WORST.

The policy is not to charge the card, but do a "card hold" as most places do. So, that's that. Disregard. I also re-re-reread all the negative reviews here and stand by (and repeat) my statement that 98% of that negative stuff regarding the facility, rooms, grounds, etc. is outdated and no longer an issue here. The other 2% is the personal interactions a select few experienced with the front desk. I have yet to meet anyone here who behaves in an unprofessional manner. In the interest of fellow Yelpers, I would add a heads up about a few things. This hotel does not accept cash, and while cash is going the way of the eight-track tape (if any of you even know what that is LOL), it may still matter to some, so be advised. I even used my own 2 inch foam bed pad but even that didn't make a difference. I've stayed at a lot of comfort inn hotels and they all have the same thing in common. Most of the hotels are owned by east Indians and they are notorious for slum lording their properties. Matter of fact, they own most of the motels and hotels in America. I think I've stayed at most of them across America. I'm not trying to be racist, it's a fact and it's their business model, just like the 7-Elevens. They take advantage of the weary traveler who just wants a safe, good night's rest. We'll take anything, just like when we're hungry. Slopping the hogs idea. Comfort is a misnomer. Far from it. Maybe l should rent the room for $160 and bring my own bed. Problem solved, not really. Finally, what's with those pathetic breakfasts? All fatty high carb slop. I do plan ahead and bring my own food though. Think I'll try Hampton after this. They probably own all those too.
