My husband is Titanium elite for life because he spent so much time staying at Marriott properties. Springhill is one of my favorites for road trips. I really like the trundle bed/sofa. My grandson slept comfortably. It's easier to set up and put back together than fold outs. They offered a good breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, bagels, English muffins. I just wish they'd had half and half. I don't like artificial creamers.

My room was spotless, smelled fresh, and you could tell that she takes real pride in her work. I stay in hotels quite a bit, and unfortunately, many are subpar when it comes to cleanliness. That was definitely NOT the case here. Kristy deserves recognition for the job she does. It makes a huge difference when you walk into a hotel room and immediately feel comfortable because you can tell it has been thoroughly cleaned and cared for. In fact all employees I encountered were super pleasant. 2 double beds came to about $109. They do have military discounts so with that the room came to about $94. The room was clean, and very comfortable to my surprise. Nice luxury feeling comforters and nice Neutrogena toiletry amenities in the bathroom. They also had a nice breakfast spread free for guests with coffee starting at 6am in the morning. Not sure if I'll ever be in Tennessee again but if I am, I definitely will come back and stay at this hotel.

Tub stopper didn't work and couldn't get the tub faucet to work so I was limited to shower only. That's ok. It needs some work but no big deal. A big smart tv was awesome as there was availability to use our smartphones to watch our YOUTUBE channels we subscribe to. Breakfast from 6a till 9am was adequately supplied and a good variety. Coffee was a bit strong but the available hot water and creaner was helpful. The staff were very nice and very friendly! We will be stsying there again as nothing else in the areas seem to compare and we weren't driving from Paris or Jackson eeveryday!
