A few coworkers and I stayed here while visiting the area for business. It is a basic hotel with all the basics covered. The pool is outside, so, closed in winter and we did not see a hot tub. We all noticed the walls seemed a little thin because we could hear our neighbors pretty easy. The breakfast was a high point for this level of hotel and included apple and orange juice, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, toast bagels, English muffins and pastries. All the staff were very friendly.

We are Hilton members and often stay at the Hampton brand because we find it to be reliable, clean and comfortable. This particular Hampton inn may now be our favorite. we are recently they are for a two-night stay and just about everything about it was perfect. The location is convenient to many highway hubs including the Pennsylvania turnpike, route 100, and route 30. Is close to numerous restaurants and the mall at Exton, Pennsylvania. There is even a restaurant in the parking lot, a pizzeria Uno. What really sets this Hampton apart from others is the management team which is really on top of everything and apparently very dedicated to making sure your stay is a pleasant one. Many thanks to Julie, Sandy and Robyn. The hotel is clean and well-organized and the breakfast area is sufficient. the food is perhaps as good as any I've ever had at a Hampton. They even have to go bags for people who are really on the run. In the afternoon there are cookies just as if you were at a DoubleTree. So all in all, a great hotel at a great price.

Perfectly fine, average, ordinary and utilitarian Hampton that got the job done for a quick midweek one night stay. Check in was super fast as I had done the e-check in process via the Hilton Honors website so maybe my total time at the front desk was twenty seconds. The room itself was standard Hampton. Two beds which were clean, crisp and comfortable. Four sets of towels in the bathroom which was a nice departure from the overwhelming majority of hotels that have rooms set up for four yet only give you three sets. There was a fridge and microwave in the room and everything we needed to work, did. One big issue going on here. For a hotel of this size (122 rooms) the breakfast area is entirely too small and the "business center" is jammed into a corner within the same area. Whoever designed this place really dropped the ball in the planning stages with the lack of seating. The breakfast itself was typical Hampton stuff that is standard fare that you can find on any given morning at over 2,000 Hampton properties. Nothing stellar or extraordinary. Plenty of parking around the building and the pool they have is on the small side and it's outside. In terms of location, the hotel is close to the PA Turnpike, 100 and 30 and you are in the middle of strip mall suburbia which equals every chain restaurant known to mankind along with way too much shopping and way too many office buildings. Clean, comfortable and solid. It's what any hotel should be and this Hampton delivers it.

My wife and I check for bed bugs at each hotel. Imagine our surprise when we discovered this surprise on our mattress in room 210. Take a steam cleaner in there folks and clean the mattress.

He knew I had just driven from my last hotel for about 14 hours and took care of me. I honestly sat in the car at 3 am with my dog when Extended stay treated me so badly having no idea what I was going to do because I was so exhausted(customer service kept trying to call the front desk as well but he didn't answer... that's a whole other story) Soo.. about the hotel. AMAZING!!! The beds are literally so comfortable.. the pillows, sheets and everything. It's SUOER clean. Everyone is soooo helpful. There is tea and coffee 24/hrs a day.. they have dog treats and make them feel super welcome. About the staff.. since I stayed a week I got to know some of them (I already told you how amazing Zach was) The front desk staff that I got to know was: Flesha, Nikki and Jim.. Flesha is SUPER helpful, super nice and literally can answer any questions that you may have.. shes so nice and easy to talk to.. she's AMAZING! I would always look forward to seeing her when I got back to the lobby since I'm new to the area and she was always so helpful! Nikki is the sweetest! I could literally talk to her all day long and she really made me feel like home.. last and DEF NOT LEAST.. Jim!!! He is the MOST AMAZING PERSON IN THE WORLD. You could be having the worst day and he would make you Happy. Always has a smile on his face, he's super helpful... when I was getting tea one day and he was asking how my day was i accidentally missed the trash can when I was throwing away the wrapper and he picked without me even noticing.. Arturo is the head of Maintenece is is sooo AMAZING! Anything you need he is there with a smile on his face and fixes anything you need. I 100% recommend this hotel.. which I could live here forever!

This place had…read moreexcellent reviews on there, and other nearby hotels had very poor ones so I'm glad I chose this place over the place I originally booked. Room was very clean, probably the cleanest hotel bathroom I've ever seen. The set up is a little weird since the bathroom is right next to the bed, but I was traveling solo the set up was fine. The room was nice and cool when I got there. Iron and ironing board in the closet which was helpful- I feel like most hotels never have them in the room anymore and you have to ask the front desk. Caleb checked me in and was very helpful. I never needed anything. Sheets and towels were clean. The parking lot seems huge but there isn't enough parking. When I returned Saturday night of my stay, there was legitimately one parking spot left (for diamond members) and there was no handicap parking left. I was annoyed with the shower because the sliding glass doors don't stay shut and roll back and forth and then water goes everywhere. There also isn't a ton right near the hotel, but I was fine with driving to nearby places. I was either leaving too early or up too late to enjoy breakfast, so I have no comment on that. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area!

A few things you should know before going to this hotel…read more First, make sure you get a good room location. The hotel borders both Rt 30 and Rt 202, so that many of the rooms have highway noise. The rooms are using single pane sliding windows, which are old and have some gaps, so sound definitely gets through. The WEST face, however, faces the shopping center and is much quieter. Second, this hotel is pretty dated. The rooms are clean, but they show signs of wear. The windows (as i said before) need to be replaced. Third, the front desk is a single station, and the staff vanished for about 20 minutes when I went down to report my HVAC problem. The hotel staff seems thin - so no coverage - and disorganized. The cleaning crews were great. I was originally put on the 5th floor, facing north (towards 202 at an angle) and I could hear the highway clearly through the window. I had to move rooms, because my original room had an HVAC problem, and the new room on the west side was much quieter. I don't know if I could recommend this hotel again, due to it's age and location. YMMV.

I'm guessing within the last year I've noticed significant change in housekeeping quality and improved customer relations skills at this location. Notably I believe Anthia, Delilah and Iesha are worthy of very high praise. There is almost nothing these 3 won't do to satisfy the guests. These ladies seem to work around the clock and take concerns to heart. I've never seen employees try so hard to seek customer satisfaction. As of this most recent visit. This weekend. I found nothing wrong. Nothing. I looked. I hate waking up in the morning and stepping in unknown substances but there was nothing to find. I would also like to acknowledge that the management staff here knows my voice. I call and greet them and without having to say my name they know who I am. They know I like to soak and I have an Service Dog In Training. I can tell you more than once since these new people started managing They always accommodate my dog Cheyenne and I. Always. Short notice, no notice. On my way notice. Walk in the lobby notice. If you're looking for a hot breakfast place which I prefer this is not the place for you. Breakfast is a granola bar and coffee here. If you're looking for a hotel with PEOPLE that have personalities then by all means this is your spot. Whether it's one night or 10 days I promise Iesha, Anthia and Delilah will bend over backwards to see you smile and hear a simple " Job Well Done"! It's by far not a 5 star hotel. The carpet and rooms are dated. This building is in need of renovation but these ladies are doing a phenomenal job with what they are given. There is a reason they are almost always booked at max occupancy. It's the people that work here and the lengths they go to satisfy the guests as if the guests were their family. Job well done ladies! This hotel has, in my opinion, come out of the gutter. Keep up the great work!

I had to click on a few "helpful" and "thanks" tabs, as I am concurring with some of their grievances. First of all, I think a few things have been fixed but not all. Let state what I've observed: First and foremost; the drug addicts/users at the side exit. Which I thought was the entrance after not realizing the main entrance was where I previously parked in front of. They were smoking weed and cigarettes. 1. The elevators were dirty and some malfunctioned. 2. When I checked in, there were a lot of staff members behind the counter, all of whom acted as if they were at the lounge, chatting and ignored customers. I had to scream to get their attention just to check in. 3. I had a room with 2 beds and yet they only put one tiny bottle of shampoo, one tiny conditioner. 2 tiny soaps. Like seriously! 4. The suspicious persons roaming the back areas of the hotel. I'd say, once again, drug addicts. I requested a very quiet floor. Yes, it was quiet... but when I was heading to my room, I noticed a lot of empty rooms, unmade beds, wide opened doors... all I would say is, more rooms for the junkies to come in and use. All they have to do is have one person stay in and close the door behind and free room to use whatever and then make the rest of the world uncomfortable. This is my first time seeing a hotel, with wide opened doors like that. Not one, or two, but about 6 rooms for sure that were opened. One of the corners had a Ring indoor camera. The older model of the one I have at home, hanging on the ceiling. I didn't know this hotel was like this bad. And I booked it via Airbnb. The way it's listed on Airbnb , it seemed like a regular home... until you book it and all... my problem was, I didn't do more reading on the listing. After I booked it, I was also too lazy to cancel it. But a day before, a week before, I tried to look for other homes on Airbnb and some only allowed 3 nights stay or unavailable. So I stuck with it. Just crap!

1/5 Stars -- Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Unacceptable…read more Absolutely terrible experience at Exton Hotel. During a previous stay, I was given the wrong room despite paying extra for accommodations on the Exton side. When I raised concerns, I was met with dismissive and disrespectful treatment. The situation escalated when an employee repeatedly challenged me to come outside and fight him. I refused to engage. Although I acknowledge making an insulting remark out of frustration, nothing justified an employee attempting to provoke a physical confrontation. Weeks later, I returned with another reservation and was denied a room because I had been placed on their Do Not Rent list. I believe this was retaliation for the previous incident. To make matters worse, the hotel has disputed my account of events, including falsely claiming I failed to check out on time. When I later called seeking assistance, I was hung up on. This is not how paying guests should be treated. Disagreements should be handled professionally, not through intimidation, hostility, or apparent retaliation. I will never return to this property and strongly recommend that others consider staying elsewhere.
