I haven't stayed here yet, but I have a suite booked for my upcoming wedding later this year. I stopped in with my fiancé on Saturday afternoon to inquire about using one of the meeting rooms for our wedding rehearsal. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely patient and helpful. He showed us both of the available meeting rooms and asked how many people would be in the room and on which date. He also confirmed we could bring our own food and beverages and the hotel staff could set up tables and chairs if needed. We later found out he was the hotel manager and he gave us a business card with his phone number. He said we could call him closer to the wedding date to get a contract together. So far we're pleased with the service here! I'm looking forward to staying at the suite and getting ready here on the morning of my wedding. I have been staying at this hotel for years. Seems like every time I stay there it gets a little worse. This time the grass out front was literally 1ft long! Plus the shower in my room didn't work. Location is very good, easy access to I-95, and a short walk to a number of restaurants and a Wegmans supermarket with a food court. The hotel staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. The daily complimentary breakfast is a welcome perk, offering both hot and cold dishes. Although not a varied menu there's enough choices - and it does vary day to day - to keep your tastebuds titillated. On the downside, the hotel is showing a bit of wear and tear as seen in the clunky elevator, chipped room furnishings, and worn bathroom fixtures. Overall, it's a serviceable and convenient place to stay but it could use a facelift. read more

This Hampton Inn is not nearly as bad as the reviews lead you to believe. We usually stay at the Homewood Suites over in Pheasant Run, but on a recent trip it was all booked up and we stayed here. The location is great. It's right across from Shady Brook Farm, Wegmans and close to both Newtown and Yardley. The room was very clean and the bed and bedding was comfortable. I also appreciated the mini kitchen and the updated bathrooms. Breakfast was included with our reservation but it was average. Not bad mind you, just very basic. Over the course of our stay fewer and fewer of us bothered going to get breakfast because it simply wasn't anything special. Overall I'd give this place 4 stars mainly for being clean and a good value. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. read more

I have no problems with the room, except whoever decided that those bathtubs were a good idea needs to be fired. They have a U shape on the bottom with not enough place to put your feet to stand up straight with flat feet. I had ankle surgery two years ago and have no issues but that hurt standing in that shower. My 78 year old father didn't like that either as it felt very unstable. My main issue involves the breakfast. We chose Hampton Inn for the entire trip due to the breakfast. Stayed at one in Indiana on our way to Yardley. On Thursday, August 5 the two of us and the other 6 family members we were meeting went down for breakfast and the door is closed. The guy at the desk said they'll be open soon as the person was late and so we sat drinking coffee. Then after waiting awhile they brought out some paper bags and I went back up and a lady said they wouldn't have breakfast today and they made some bags for us to take with. She said she'd refund some money to us but because I had paid ahead she didn't know how to and to contact customer service. What's worse...if you look at the attached picture: I opened the bag and put the peanut butter and jelly on the bagel and then turned it over to eat it and found mold on the bagel. So not only did we not get breakfast, the breakfast they provided was moldy. I'm not impressed. Nor would I ever choose Hampton Inn again if this is the standard. read more

We checked in- reservation under my mom and when we pulled the sheets back this is what we found! We reported it to Jose and after not hearing back we stripped the bed and went out and brought in the sheets we keep in the car! We used our own pillows and bedding. The next day 8/27/25 we asked for housekeeping to remove bedding and bring fresh towels as well as empty trash--- when we returned that evening NOTHING had been done. At the front desk he (again Jose) said he couldn't do anything about it and hung up. The room phone then rang several times which at this point we ignored. The call at 11:30 PM was annoying and I'm sure his way to further annoy us. When we checked in on the 26 we went down to use the pool but there were people smoking so having asthma we had to leave. We went into the lobby to have tea and watched this group of ladies come in and stuff empty cups with tea bags and hot chocolate mix coming in several times. They then went up to the desk to get their bags from behind the counter as if they didn't have a room to keep them in. When I told Jose what they were doing and that they left the coffee station like they were brought up in a barn he cleaned it up BUT my guess is there was something weird going on. When we checked out today, I went to the front desk and asked for corporates number and she said she had to ask the manager if she could give it out. She came back and said the manager would come out but after waiting she never appeared but I could hear a young child back there with her. As I went to the parking lot I met another woman who said she was just as disgusted with her stay and the poor management. Beware! read more

My family needed a place to stay at for one night since we were visiting friends and then Sesame Place (8 minutes away) the following day. The location is a little odd because it's behind these office looking buildings but there was plenty of parking and very quiet. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The room was spacious and clean and had a mini fridge. I loved the bed. The comforter was ridiculously soft (in a good way) and bed itself was very comfortable with plenty of fluffy pillows. Their free, hot breakfast (6am-10am) was excellent with many options such as sausage, Western omelets, potatoes, bagels, toast, small muffins, waffles (you make your own), hot oatmeal, and juices (OJ, apple and another one I forgot). There was also coffee and tea right outside the hot breakfast area. I had gone back at 10am to get some apple juice for my child but they had closed the doors already so I saw one of the kitchen employees sweeping and asked if I could get some apple juice. She happily got me the apple juice, complete with lids. There is a little "shop" by the front desk with frozen foods, snacks and refrigerated drinks if you needed a little something. Not sure how the pricing was on the items as none of it was labeled. I noticed an outdoor pool and small gym which we did not have time to utilize so I can't comment on that. I would definitely return for any future stays when going to Sesame Place or anything in the area! read more

I had a wonderful Tuesday night stay!! The hotel is in a business park and the nearest food place is Dunkin Donuts, which is right next door. Receptionists were Extremely plesant and nice!!! On certain days, the hotel offers a free "snack". On this night it was Huge soft pretzels - Yum! As a Hilton member, I received 2 free water bottles and some chocolates. The elevator was a little dated but the hotel room seemed renovated with all new appliances. Everything was clean, bed was comfy, room was spacious, quiet with cable tv and plenty of wall outlets. I stayed here with my family since we were in town for a wedding. My mom had checked in advance on the Hilton App. When we arrived to pick up our keys, they said they couldn't find the reservation and it took them a while to find it. Our reservation was for 2 nights, but after the first night, the keys stopped working and we had to go talk to the front desk again. Besides that, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. My daughter and I just spent two weeks in Hilton properties and, aside from a stunning Embassy Suites, they were all Hampton Inns. This was the nicest Hampton Inn out of them all. Check in was easy. The breakfast was clean, spacious, and had a delightful gentleman who kindly filled my daughter's sport jug with water and then asked her, the next morning, about her game. Negatives: The ice machine and elevator were not working, but we were thankfully only on the second floor. Positive: I got covid while we were there and they moved things around so my 16 year old could be in a separate room but very close to me so I didn't have to worry as much. I was so grateful to the lovely manager who called me and helped set up the second room. Would stay here again. read more

My wife and I stayed here and left the room at checkout at 11:13am I get down to the desk and no one is there. After ten minutes someone shows up. Which was aggravating but ok. We check out and a day or so later my wife sees an extra $50.00 charge on our card. We call and find out it was a late check out. We get the manager Melissa Ward. She tells us it was an automatic thing that happens on the computer after 11:30 am. So this gets better. We look at our check out paper and we checked out at 11:27 at the front desk after waiting for 10 minutes for someone to show up. So that turned out to be a lie from the manager and I can understand where this under handed policy probably came from and if not why it continues. So if you got a good rate here I wouldn't trust that a bogus charge wouldn't be run in any scenario. The funny thing the charge was put in after we were gone. Not at the time of stay...hours later . After we were in the car driving. So they had to put it in after we left because it was clearly before 11:30. So beware staying here. It may look like a good deal but it probably won't be. Also I just read Elizabeth G ( like 3rd one down)review and how they charged her $250.00 room cleaning charge. This place is run and owned by greedy people. Today we stayed in a Hampton Inn & Suites. The hotel was nicely set up, I have a few small issues but I'll discuss those later. The Service: The Service was awesome from check-in to check-out. The Room: The room I really liked, it was nicely setup, bed was comfortable (a little too soft for my likening, wish they'd had those sleep number beds ) the bathroom was clean and well stocked. They had a Keurig in the room, an Iron and other needed items. Watching TV was well a treat, since I didn't know any of the channels not to mention there wasn't a channel guide there like in most hotels, so I left it on a cooking show all night. The Workout Facility: It was small and wasn't enough room to do my workout. There aren't any free weights or any type of weight, 2 treadmills and 1 elliptical. My Gripes: The only real gripe I have is the workout facility was so small. All in all, it was a great nights stay, I slept great. *They did have a great breakfast and it was free, I had waffles and sausage links. Good way to start the morning, didn't really care for the orange juice but I was thirsty so meh. read more

The hotel was conveniently located. Room was in order but overall the building is dark, elevators were dated and the hallway rug was very dirty. My biggest complaint is how this facility treats its veterans. We are retired Navy military with 24 years of service in medical corp. We showed them our ID's but they wanted papers showing that we were on assignment. We were there to speak at a conference on our own time, not for the MC. This was the first time that a hotel was showed absolutely NO respect for veterans. After reading other reviews, it is very clear to me that this establishment is ONLY interested in the bottom line. We took our young daughter to sesame place and stayed here. The drive was less than 15 minutes from the park. The staff was pleasant & accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, and the pool was taken care of nicely. We did not have the breakfast but the coffee was great! I just checked out of this hotel today (Sunday 5/14/17) after a two-night stay. I traveled to PA from Virginia to visit with family for the weekend. Everything about this hotel and my stay there was wonderful! I stayed in Room 334, which is a King room with a desk and sofa/sofa bed area. The room was neat and clean, the bathroom was clean and stocked with clean towels and Neutrogena toiletry items, the room had a fridge/microwave/coffee maker setup, ample space for bags/luggage, hanging clothing, and ample seating. The King bed was so comfy and soft. The pillows were very soft and squishy, which I like, but if you prefer a more firm pillow (like my husband) you may want to bring your own. Everything in the room was in perfect working order. The air conditioning worked so nicely, as did all the lighting and appliances. The shower had great water pressure and temperature. Great room, all-around. I ate breakfast at the complimentary lobby breakfast area both mornings I was there. They offered a great variety of hot items (oatmeal, eggs, waffles, pancakes, French toast, sausage, etc.), many bread and pastry items, yogurt, cereal, milk, several juices, coffee, water, and had any and all toppings you could want for your oatmeal, toast, bagels, waffles, etc. The breakfast was more than enough with the large selection and it was so nice to be able to go right downstairs to enjoy it - and not have to pay any extra for it! The lobby seems to have been remodeled as compared to a photo I saw in a past review, so I took a new photo of the lobby seating area this morning before I left, which I'll share as part of my review. It has plenty of seating and a beautiful fireplace and large windows. They have a TV mounted on the wall in the seating area, so you can view local news/TV while having breakfast. They also offer newspapers and other magazine materials in the lobby. They continuously offer coffee in the lobby area each day, so that was a big plus for me. They also offered cookies at the front desk later in the day. The pool is outside right off the lobby. I didn't make use of it, only because of my other plans and the timing of what I was doing for the weekend, as well as the rainy weather, but it seemed to be a nice pool, large and well-maintained. Also on the first floor you will find a business center and a fitness room. All of the staff members I encountered this weekend were friendly and helpful. In particular, the lady who was in charge of keeping up the breakfast area was so sweet and on top of everything all morning long. The smell in this hotel was horrific. I believe it was the chemicals in the cleaning supplies because you could smell it as soon as you walked in the lobby. I checked in because my father passed away the night before and I just needed a place to rest. Due to the circumstances my husband was flying home on a 5am flight from Texas. When I checked in I thought the room would not smell so bad but it did. I tried to make it work there I ran the shower to get the smell out of the tub and wiped down all the hard services to get rid of smell. Finally, I just put a mask on, being physically and mentally exhausted, and jumped in bed to rest. When my husband got to the room a couple of hours later and saw me in the bed with a mask on he said we are out of here. The hotel billed me for $100 because I used the room , very empathetic of them. If the room didn't smell so bad we never would have checked out. After several conversations with several different representatives no reimbursement... Very disappointed!!!! read more

This hotel is very, very dated. This hotel needs a tremendous amount of work to make it up to the standards of the Hampton Inn and suites. However, I have to give it to the staff for really being on top of it. The front desk was gracious about giving directions, as well as suggesting restaurants in the area. I was a little nervous after some reviews but am so glad we stayed here! We rented a suite for a weekend getaway. Rarely do I enjoy a hotel bed but after a nice jacuzzi tub session we slept like babies. The staff was incredibly friendly everything was spotless. It just FELT clean. I love the lysol stickers on everything that's been cleaned with that, makes you feel much more comfortable that they stick to protocol. We will def be back! read more

Stayed one night before catching a very early flight out of Trenton Mercer Airport. Room was updated and looked nice. Room was very clean. BUT ... there were only two things I needed, a good night's sleep and a nice hot shower. Both of these areas were not good. The water pressure in the shower was good but the water never got past warm, even with the knob all the way to hot only. Not the end of the world but annoying. The worst part of the stay was the noise. We were in an adjoined room separated by a locked door - not our choice. The noise from the room next door was so bad that we couldn't get to sleep. Given the fact that we had to be up at 4 am, that's a real problem. We called the front desk to ask for help and they did call the room after a while - we could hear the phone loud and clear. The person turned down the TV, but it was still loud enough to hear clearly in our room. Bottom line is that the adjoining room design is not good! Even though we didn't get to use the rest of the hotel, I will assume it was all wonderful. Even if that's the case, the stay still only merits two stars. If you stay here, insist on a non-adjoined room or bring earplugs. I'm a regular Hampton guest and this has to have been my most disappointing experience. read more

This place is a B-. Not the best of this genre of hotel or even of a Hampton Inn. Minorities out there: you may have your fill of microagressions here. Part due to staff being all white all the time (except housekeeping of course), loads of unmarked ham slipped into eggs, and Chistmas, Christmas everywhere (not even a nod to Hannukah or Kawanza). Well... booked a double room - two queen beds, about two weeks before our trip. Arrived, checked in with ID and credit card - and was told the room wasn't ready yet. ok - well it was 2pm and check was 3pm.. a little annoying but ok. As we sat in the lobby, people came in after us.. most saying they also had reservations, and they were given keys and sent to their rooms right away. Around 2:45, our friend arrived to take us out for some plans we had made and we had to leave without being able to freshen up, or put our bags away. While out, around 5pm, my cell phone rang and it was a very confused desk person, who wanted to verify what room number we got. I informed her that we never got that far at check in - never had a room number told to us. She rushed me off the phone with a nervous laugh and an oh ok, we'll see you later tonight. We arrived back at the hotel at 9pm, and the desk person wanted to re-check us in - asked for ID and credit card. She was told that we already went through all that earlier and all I wanted was a key. she had to call over another lady to help her figure this out, but they did and handed us a room key. Went to the room... ONE DOUBLE BED. I called the desk, and was told they'd call me back. they did.. and informed me that the hotel was booked up and there were no more rooms with two beds, but she'd be happy to bring up a roll away bed. I paid $160 for a room with two queen beds, and the solution was to bring us a roll away bed? she then offered me 1/2 off the room. Asked to speak to a manager - again, she would call me back. She did... and like most extremely poor customer service places, the manager could not be reached. So - having no other choice we said ok to the roll away. the lady brings the roll away bed, and it's too big to fit in the room as it was set up. she wanted to put it in a place that actually blocked off getting to the bathroom. my friend asked her to move the chair and put it beside the bed, and was told that she could not move any furniture. WHAT? My friend and I wrestled this stupid roll away bed, which was quite heavy, moved the couch and the desk chair, and got the stupid thing settled after about 15 minutes of wrangling with it. Paid a lot of money for this aggravation and my friend was kind enough to sleep on this very uncomfortable roll away bed.... on the plus side, room was clean....... read more

My family and I have stayed in numerous hotels in the past years. Every time we stayed we've always cleaned up after ourselves and even brought our own garbage. Due to Covid the hotel did not offer any room cleaning service... we left our room pretty much cleaned up except the beds were not made. We were charged a $250 "cleaning fee" per night, which is total bs. Aside from the fact that their bathroom door wouldn't close right or lock, tiles in the living room were not even stuck to the wall. I wish I took pictures to prove this. I do not recommend.. called the hotel and they were not much help, could not even give me a reason as to why that charge occurred. read more

Beware! Check your credit card a few days after staying to make sure they dont charge you for something you may be totally unaware of at the time of checkout as they did with our stay. In these trying times where money is tight I see a great number of people come together to help others and that is why I get so mad when I see a business take advantage of people during a time that so many are helping. After you read this ask yourself how many people do you think they have done this type of thing to and how many havent noticed. Or people who thought they got a good price on a room just to be charged 40% more from these type of practices. Im writing this for all of those people for the people that the 50 dollar charge means the difference of having food that week or something one of their children needs rather then paying for something that they never bargained for.. My wife and I stayed here on Oct 3rd. We check out and get to the front desk at 11:24 am and no ones there for 10 minutes and finally get my bill everything was in order. We drive home and my wife luckily checks our credit card and there is a 50 dollar late check out fee. It was submitted at 12:41 pm. More than an hour after checking out. (Stating it was for an hour and a half late checkout. Notice they waited an hour after we left to submit it.) So we call Hilton corporation to complain about the charge. This wasn't room damage it wasn't because of anything found it was an hour and a half late checkout fee. I call Mellissa Ward ( the manager) and she explained that it is their policy and I had said that tbey put it in an hour after we left and then I realized why such practices exist after I feel that I was totally lied to. You be the judge. Melissa tells me that the charge wasn't put in at 12:39 pm it was put in at 11:21 am. I was shocked first because you charge a 50 late fee to leave this place 20 minutes late? Yes, its our policy, she couldn't care, it made more sense though for her to tell me that then explaining why they put it in a hour after we left. I thought it was an extreme charge but they must do it regularly and get quite a good profit off of thos rip off practice. I hung up then it dawned on me. I checked out at 1130 am, ( because no one was at the front desk) they put it in at 11:21 am it would have been on the bill. It wasn't. Of course before I wrote this I called Mellissa Ward back to give her a chance to explain herself and this time she wasn't availible but left her a message on her voice mail explaining that I wanted to give her a chance to explain before I wrote anything. Of course she never called back. Why would she after being caught in a lie. So even if they gave me 500 dollars I wouldn't take this down or amend this. Like I wrote earlier the 50 dollars isn't the issue but I cant in good conscience allow these people to do this type of things to people that maybe that money makes a difference.
