Stayed here twice on trips between Texas and Ohio. I have nothing bad to say about this location, and I'd happily stay here again, it's located down a quiet side street, but still close to restaurants and shopping. On the last occasion I received an upgraded room, which included a sofa with end table and coffee table, as well as a large desk with ample accessible power outlets and a flat screen that swiveled between the sitting and bedroom areas. Mold and mildew in the shower, floor not clean around the toilet, Toilet was way to low for a person that has problems getting up and down from a seated position. Key cards kept failing. The doors are very heavy and are difficult to hold open if you have balance issues. My wife fell outside the rear entrance when the door knocked her off-balance trying to get into the hotel. The very limited TV channel selection with no local channels, and very limited non-religious programing. The front desk took very little interest in the fact that my wife was hurt on the property friday evening at check in. read more

I really enjoyed my stay here. I like that the place was really clean and the service was very good. We arrived and started walking around and one of the employees helped us find the pool and everything. He told us the hours and was very informative. I also love the morning breakfast. I probably over did it a bit. I ate everything known to man kind lol. I was excited though because I love tea and they had a good assortment to choose from. I also liked the beds. They were extremely comfortable. I am thankful for that because we had a long drive ahead and I really needed that rest. We will be coming back here again. I like how we could adjust the room temperature as well. That's always important when you are in a hotel room. You definitely have to give this place a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

I'd venture so far as to say this is the best hotel in the area, even though I haven't actually stayed at any other hotels in this area. However, I can't imagine any of them are better than the Hampton. Beautiful, clean rooms with VERY comfortable beds, free wi-fi, a crazy amount of television channels...and our room had a mini fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker. We could have lived there for months, but sadly we were only there for one night. The only place where this hotel loses a star is the pool. It was very tiny, and although it was indoors (in a very well-heated little pool room), it was COLD! If they heat that pool, we couldn't tell. And once we were in the pool and eye level with the tiled floors around the pool, that's when we noticed all the dead cockroaches on the floor. Lots of them. It was pretty gross. However, the pool room was well-stocked with towels, and clean besides the dead bugs. After a great night of sleep (awesome pillows!) we indulged in their fantastic complimentary hot breakfast. This breakfast buffet is incredible. It has fresh waffles (you make them yourself!) and oatmeal, dry cereal, baked goods, omelets, sausage, potatoes, fruit, coffee and tea, juice...the list goes on. It was an incredible selection. I wanted to stay another night just to eat that breakfast again. So, if you're passing through Hope and need a place to stay, look no further. Just bring a wet suit if you want to go swimming. read more

This hotel was really nice. The breakfast bar is amazing! Full of fresh fruit and yogurt and nuts for the oatmeal! Plus real half and half for the coffee!!! My fave! Beds are nice and the rooms were clean. Pool was great. Kids had fun. Towels at the pool were nice too....not the junky kind I see at most hotels. My only complaint is the low flow shower. It took us over 15 minutes to get the shampoo out of our hair. There is no drought in Arkansas so low flow showers really surprised us. read more

TThis is a brand new Hampton Inn and the nicest one that I have ever stayed in. LThe room was huge and had a wonderful work station. The TV was 50" and swiveled nicely. Beds reminded me of the heavenly beds at Wyndham. Located right off the Hwy by the Holiday Inn. Breakfast was also outstanding. Eggs and Bacon plus all of the continental fair. This is the Ritz Carlton of Hope, AR, and it is worth the extra $15 or $20 compared to the also-rans in town. Only negative is that you have to be in Hope, AR to stay here. read more

Decided to stay here based on my previous experiences with Hampton Inn and Suites. Called to make a reservation. Asked for a two beds, handicapped accessible close to the elevator. Reservation made with no problem. We arrived at the hotel around 9pm. I always drop my Mom off at the door to check in while I get a cart to load all of our luggage. I walk into the hotel and right away I know there is a problem. Our room had been given away or reservation was mixed up. I had told reservations we would arrive around 9. The reception desk offered an apology and a king suite with a walk in shower. I was upset because we had made a reservation for 2 beds. She offered me to check out room. I did. We ended up taking the suite for the same price of a 2 bed standard room. It was close to the lobby and breakfast area. The room was nice; we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast in the morning is always a pleasure. This hotel also offered biscuits and gravy. Very good. Owner came into the breakfast area and spoke to all the tables(2) and asked how our stay was. Told him we enjoyed our stay. Very nice. He had a southern charm about himself. I also liked the fact that he stopped and talked to the food service lady, the housekeepers and a few other employees. He seemed like a genuinely nice person. Only reason for a 4 star vs a 5 star was because of the mixup of our reservation and the indoor pool was cold. read more

By far one of the best places to stay while visiting Hope, Arkansas. The rooms are nice and neat. The daily breakfast is delicious. The ambiance is beautiful and the location is very clean. The chefs of the breakfast, were nice and accommodating. I loved making my own waffle. The meeting area is large and has plenty of room. The business center is small and very well kept. The fitness room is a good size and the heated pool is just phenomenal. Parking is great, the employees are great. I can't say anything negative about my experience. I was here on work detail. The first week my room was on the back and there were a few issues with the door not closing properly (there was a massive crack in the wall). The second week my room was on the front and of course there was light pollution (I prefer a pitch black room).I saw roaches in the ceiling and the pool was always cloudy. The employees were very nice and polite they just need to do a few repairs and treat the pool properly. read more

Best Hampton Inn room I've experienced. We always try to stay at Hampton or Hilton. This one is 2 1/2 years old. We had a mobility room because my spouse has leg braces and it's easier to manipulate in these bathrooms. Bathroom was large and had a built in nightlight that was great. The a/c control was easy to operate and most important actually worked correctly! King size bed was comfortable and pillows soft. I used the treadmill in the fitness room and watched HGTV while I walked. It was all perfect. read more

My family and I take a road trip every summer and almost exclusively stay at Hampton Inns, but the past few years we have been very disappointed at the cleanliness and updates of most we have stayed at. My husband is a HIlton Honors member so we usually just call them while driving to book for the night. This Hampton Inn is probably one of the best ones because it is super clean. That is what I look for the most. I hate walking into rooms that smell, have older torn carpeting, dirty doors and walls, and especially bathrooms that have dirty tiles, tubs with stains, sinks with cracks, toilets with old seats/rim stains...UUGHH!!!! I think it's time for all the Hampton Inns to have remodeling done so they are back up to par with what we knew to be great mid level hotels. This one in Hope, AR is also very updated with new, modern furniture and fixings. Great job keeping this hotel in tip top shape!!! Thank you! read more

Above and beyond service. We are Hotel hoping on a 2000 mile trip. We were so tired from all day drive. Such a treat to be greeted by Brian at the desk. Got to the room, smelled so fresh and clean. While walking back out to the car, was greeted with a Hello from another employee. I met her the next day as she was the manager. Rosemary cooks a wonderful breakfast. She also helped me with ice and a baggie to keep my medicine cold on the next days trip. I asked to speak to the manager because I was so impressed with the hotel. Megan, the manager, is an awesome leader because it is reflected her employees. You can tell everyone enjoys working here. I handed her a note for a Regina that had prepared our room. As I was getting coffee before we left for the next 500 mile trip. The manager brought Regina to meet me. Yep.. loved the stay at this hotel. I do lots of traveling across the US for business. This hotel ranks in my top 5. I may need to find something to do in HOPE, Ark just so I can stay again. read more
