    Hampton hyundai is a Joke. They sold my daughter her first first car Watch out that your white car won't peel like ours did on our 2016 Hyundai Elantra. After 2 months of having it. The manager there said a rock started it. If you look at FB there are tons of sites that are about Paint Peeling off White Hyundai Elantra cars from America to every where. Hampton Hyundai knew about this and sold my Daughter Meaghan Kirwan this car and I cosigned for her and they say they do not Know me.. Also won't DO anything for her SO DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM Hampton Hyundai PERIOD! They use E- Paint on their cars. Check them out on fb before buying. You will see for yourself that a car from 2005 to 2019 that looks perfect and then all of q sudden starts peeling. There are 2020 paint job out there that are starting to peel. Check out the pictures below in comment. Also check out Facebook sites for yourself. There are about a thousand sites of individuals who have posted from all over. Some dealerships have offered to help their clients but NOPE Hampton Hyundai will not. They have tons of these cars there. So do NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEIR LOT. Go buy from Chevy, Ford, Honda, Jeep, Toyota. and Kia. Do not buy these used at Hampton either I dont care if I keep putting the same message out there!! My daughters voice and mine will be heard!!!

Then they tried to tell me I had the wrong van, so I looked at ALL model vans for that make and model and year, with no huge price difference. I was then told they had no control over what was charged, that it was the lender's choice. What a bunch of bologna! I had told them what I could do down payment and payment wise before I went in. What came back wasn't even close. Wasted my entire day. If you are desperate and have no other choice, this might be a place for you, but I've also read many reviews elsewhere that the cars don't hold up, so I don't even think that would be an option. Don't get suckered in with the nice act. Do your research.

After the diagnosis, I was told that my part would be in and installed by weeks end and would be able to return home in time for important work commitments. After calling in to make sure them part was in, I was told "yes, its in and we are going to install it, and you be on your way home". I call the next day and was told that my part was NOT IN and was in fact on back order. In order to fix their screw up, they offered me a rental car from Enterprise, and said that BMW has a "Reunite Program" and will transport my car back to my home, which is out of state. I thought that was very thoughtful and at that moment began to mentally for give this "stealership" for crapping the bed on the supposed part that was in but really wasn't. A few weeks go by after they contacted me saying the car is fixed but that "BMW won't honor the reunite program because I own property in the area." WTF? So I call BMW North America: THEY STATED THAT THEY WERE NEVER CONTACTED BY THE DEALERSHIP AND I INDEED QUALIFY FOR THE REUNITE PROGRAM AS I WAS 500 MILE OR LESS FROM MY HOME." So basically this crappy slime ball Stealership lied and tried to blame BMW North America on denying what I was entitled to. The only person there that wasn't part of the lie was the receptionist girl Taylor. Somebody should hire her cause she is the one that has field all the dissatisfied customers at this dishonest stealership.

    Hi, I will start by…read moresaying we take our 2016 pilot in at every warning given in the dash and even when something arises as we have always been a Honda family. We actually have had 4 Hondas at once and always take care and have proper maintenance done when suggested. 163,000 miles. needs an A5. oil change and engine coolant replacement. already $600. I also had new tires put on adding another $1,200 to my bill. and don't forget the tire alignment charge in with the $600. Go to pick it up, suggest $180 diagnostic to see why suspension is messed up on rear of car. That doesn't include any pets labor or services after the fact of course......And suggest transmission flush for $500 though we just had transmission fluid replaced less than one year ago. "There are too many reasons for us to go into as to why this might have happened". Can't tell you what the problem is.....oh but we can fix it for at least $500.....right. My gas light is on, a warning light saying keyless remote battery low is now on my dash as well. Oh and I asked the service person if there was an extra surcharge if I used a CC to pay for service. Nope. Surprise, there was. Had to get that refunded and repaid with a debit card. All the advisors were new and was a horrible experience. Not just one thing to be put out about but like 5 things that were jacked up. So glad we are moving from this area. Would not go back there again even if we were not moving. Very disappointed in Honda today.
