While 9 months pregnant, without a car, I called a cab. Dispatch told me it would be 5 min and "less than $10" for the fare (could not, apparently, tell me the exact fare, which makes me think other factors are involved when calculating). 25 min later they still had not arrived so I called again, they said they were on their way. 15 more min later they arrived... they charged me $20. Since then I have tried to avoid using them to the point where I will throw the baby in her stroller and walk. Last week we had two days of torrential downpours, so we gave the cab company another shot. I called, they told me 5 min, and never showed up. My fiance called 2 hours later, the taxi showed up in 10 min, and charged him $9 for the same trip I'd made previously. The following day, the same thing happened: I called, they told me 5 min and never showed; I had my fiance call, the cab showed up in 10.... tho they still charged me double what they charged him one day earlier. This taxi service is horrendous. I've lived all up and down the east coast, in major cities and rural areas, and have never encountered a taxi service with service even remotely close to this bad. They aren't the only game in town, but they act like they are... if more people started boycotting them in favor of any other service (Executive Taxi, Uber, Lyft) perhaps the hit to their bottom line would finally force them to improve. In the meantime, I'll be walking.

If Yelp had a negative rating this business would deserve it. Due to not having a car I've had to…read morerely on them 6 times, so I'm an expert on the inadequate, incapable, horrible, service they provide. Ok, so I'll stop ranting and give you the reasons... Out of the six times I've used them, only 2 times have I arrived at my destination almost on time. That's a 33% success rate and I'm being generous with the word 'arrive'. 1st time: When I first used this company I called a few hours early and got a "don't worry we'll be there". Time came and time went. After 10 minutes of waiting I called and asked where my cab was and was told it was on it's way. I waited another 10 minutes and called. I was told it was on its way after the job ahead of me. I was not pleased and wound up waiting 30 minutes for a cab I had originally ordered in the morning for a 1:45 am pick-up. Ahhhhhh! Fine. So the cab driver told me I shouldn't call ahead. All I needed to do was to call 5-10 minutes before I needed one. Ok, so lesson learned. Then we pull up at my destination and wait... my cabbie didn't want to drive up to the front door of a school. He dropped me off a block away since he didn't want to drive into and through the parking lot around to the school. Yes, insane! 2nd time: I called 15 minutes before I needed my cab and the cab wound up being 10 minutes late... so a total of 25 minutes waiting time. Got to my destination 10 minutes late. 3rd time: Success. Sweet and nice driver. I felt my problems were solved. 4th time: Again, got cab in a timely manner and arrived at destination. 5th time: Here's the crazy! I called for a cab 10 minutes before I needed to get to my destination. Gives me plenty of time to arrive at my destination... So cabbie (same as 3rd & 4th time who's done a good job) says that it'll be a 15 wait. Argh... Ok, so I wait. I wait and the 15 mins go by so I call. What, another 15 minute... OMG! That 15 minutes go by. Now, I'm mad and angry and yelling at the cabbie. She says she's 5 minutes away... what is my address? OMG, so I tell her. Not here, I call again. She can't find my address and ask what I'm near. I tell her cross street and how to get here from the main street in town. NOT HERE AFTER 5 MINUTES!!!! Call again. She tells me the wrong address. Recap: I told her my address when I first ordered cab. I told her my address 2nd time when she was ready to finally pick me up. I told her my address the 3rd time with adjacent cross streets and directions on how to get to me from the main street. It took a total of 40 minutes to get my cab to my destination. When I finally got into my cab, she had a young girl in the cab's front seat with her who was not her daughter, supposedly. 6th time & my last time ever: Desperate, needed to be somewhere and hubby had the car. Ok, here goes. Learned from last time. I called 30 minutes before I needed a car. Cabbie says it'll be 10-15 minutes. Ok, great! She arrives 3 minutes later. She said she'll have to charge me to wait. WHAT! So, I said ok she should go do another job and I'll call back. I call back 15 before I need a cab. She says it'll be 10-15. Fine. 10 minutes come and go. I call. WHAT!?. No answer. Ok, wait. I call after another 5 minutes. No answer. Now I'm crazy mad. This isn't the best part... I call 10 times no answer and no ability for message. I ask hubby to call and BAM! She answers and says I never ordered a second cab. OMG! Liar!!!! What cab company screens their calls! So, he calls back and tells her I need one asap and lets me know it'll be 10 minutes. Well, I never got the cab. It was another 40 minutes from the 2nd time I ordered one. I called just to check and she picks up! No she's not on her way, do I need a cab? Needless to say, this company is the worst, most horrible, no good, terrible, cab company in the world. Silly me for thinking a cab company would want to have customers who needed their services and get them to their destination on time. Just so you know...
