I have had the worst experience with Bond Wroten. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses that cost me over…read more$700. One pair I had problems from the start. The were over $350 and the transition wasn't in the lenses. I returned to get the transition added and then the license kept popping out. I brought them in a year after several months of not wearing them because of the lense. They put another lense in which never fitted well and kept popping out. So I rarely wore them. This year the lense popped out and got crushed now I am being told that I have to get a $110 exam and pay $300 for lenses. So I basically paid $350 for glasses I wore maybe 5 times over 2 years struggling with lenses that kept popping out of the frame. I would say save your money and go elsewhere.

We sat and got comfortable when to my surprise about 5 minutes later they were called. Low and behold they need glasses lol. The lady in the fitting room help both children make great decisions on their new frames. A week later they called saying their glasses were in. After arriving to pick the glasses up we were instructed to just go straight to the fitting room. The lady there still super nice made sure they were adjusted correctly and they were happy with the choice they had previously made. I wasn't even there 5 minutes. I love this place.

They attempted to fix the problem and came back with same incorrect lens. Then they attempted again and still got the glasses wrong. Now he went in ( today) and they said the glasses were ready. This place used to be professional but has gone down hill. We won't be going back any more. I do not recommend anyone going there ! It is a true dump.

This was from the Oompa Loompa receptionist with the personality of two grit sandpaper. My response to this was "I hope y'all are as eager to look at my eye as you are my wallet" Subsequently the rest of the visit was not the most pleasant, the assistant and doctor spent more time typing on the computer than actually providing patient care. The eye pain relief was temporary, about 20 minutes and nothing was dispensed to mimick the effects of the pain relieving eye drops. So I suffered the rest of the day with terrible episodes of pain. Upon departing the office, I perused through two papers which were handed to me, only to discover a hand written sticky note on the second page which stated "this guy was very rude when he came in". Talk about a total lack of self awareness, the receptionists attitude and opening line when I arrived was exactly what she claimed my response to her was - rude. She set the tone of the visit and the staff -thanks to her note - followed suit. I sought a second opinion the next day with a visit to a different doctor. And was treated with empathy and professionalism. I wouldn't return to this Eye Care and Surgery Center muppet fest if I had a fork impaled in my eye.
