The delivery is set up with whatever company; their drivers are very friendly, but they have no equipment to properly deliver the elliptical machine.
We can't get past the rather DIY complicated installation. NO INSTRUCTIONS or whatsoever, an installation manual with drawings, in miniature sizes ... Luckily, we found on our own a Youtube video in German with Russian subtitles!!! Which it helps (you just have to pay attention to the video while it is in pause, but it gets even better, so... after 2 hours of DIY assembly: A complete disappointment when you realize that the product makes an unacceptable noise, four clicks after each time the wheels turn.
We contact the customer support hoping that they can do something about it and that they will not speak another language other than German or Russian; we should have returned this immediately, but no, they take it back to "repair" it, yet they are unable to tell you what was replaced. Instead of sending you a new product, poorly packed ... so at the end, you end up buying a second-hand product.
All I can say is: what a nightmare; if they want to sell out of the German and Russian market, please make an effort to at least have installation manuals and instructional videos in English, have a "plan b" other than offer 10 or 15 percent discount, and frankly get a better repacking and communicate what you have "repaired."
