Maintenance crew always did a great job. Melissa in the office always very helpful. Hated to leave but needed to be in assisted living.

Melissa texted me and said she didn't have a 2 bedroom unit to show me but I could come in for more information I told her that wouldn't be necessary since I already had the information I needed and wanted to know when a 2 bedroom unit would be available Melissa didn't respond. I then Emailed Lisa since she set up the appointment and cancelled and told her why she then said in her Email back to me the earliest move in for a 2 bedroom unit would be the very day I had my showing scheduled when I asked her if there was or wasn't a unit available to show since Melissa said there wasn't and she said there was I was confused Lisa then sent me the office number and told me to call the office for further information lol So apparently no one at Quail Ridge Villas knows if they have something available or not 2 employees contradict each other and then property manager decides not to communicate back with you pretty sure that is what most of us call unprofessional. I don't think I want to live there if they can't decide if they have something to rent .

Lived here since these apartments were built. The complex manager, Brenda, is friendly, capable,…read moreand helpful. Frank takes care of maintenance and repairs VERY quickly, even after hours and on weekends. Each apartment includes a washer and dryer, which is a huge plus! Even though there are a lot of children living in the complex, the neighborhood is quiet. My only complaint, which prevents a 5-star rating, is the company used for landscaping maintenance. They do a poor job.

I would leave a review of their work but I can't even get them to give me a quote…read more I was to have an appointment on Thursday at 5 pm. No one showed or called. I called and asked if I had the correct time and date and I did. The receptionist admitted it was her fault and had a project estimator (Kolby W.) come out at 6:30pm. He claimed he couldn't give me a good quote because he didn't have time to prepare and he said he would come by Friday at 5pm. It is now Tuesday and I never received a phone call' e-mail, text, smoke signals or snail mail. This shows me what kind of company this is. I wouldn't accept a quote from them now even if they said they would do it for free.
