The quote was straight forward, organized and professional. They installed a high on my Chevy Colorado and it went smoothly and all sensors on the vehicle have been working properly since the installation. Dan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and has excellent customer service skills. Also, I was able to talk to the tech/mechanic who did the installation and I can say the same for him. This place is legit, staff are good people, and the workmanship is A+.

I needed some custom work on my Jeep, and, Hurreys was recommended by the Jeep club…read more I then found out WHY they are so recommended... the work was flawless! Not only did they install a snorkel, they smoke tested it and made sure it was sealed. Not only did they weld sliders and a bumper, but the welds were works of art...and a lot of thought went into the depth and angles to get over rocks, the smoothingnof transitions and fit/finish, etc. They even cleaned up the frame rust and sealed it "because it bothered them to leave it like that", as in, for free, because it meant the end result was better. They installed a full set of skidplates, and also checked the articulation, extended breathers and other lines, repaired cracked fittings and other things "while they were under there" They installed both forward and rear spotting cameras, replaced the heater core, etc. A LOT of work... with updates as they went. Dan is a delight to work with. I cannot recommend Hurreys enough, they are AMAZING!

For the first job I had to wait a few days to bring in so it's a good idea to call ahead to see how quickly they can get to your car. Once I dropped it off it was completed in 24 hours as they said it would be. The mechanics that I've dealt with there all provide great info on what is being done, as well as what they notice may be needed in the future. I really felt like they not only cared about what they do, they also cared about the customer service that goes into a successful business. Although I hope it will be quite some time, I'll definitely be back as the need arrives.

They said my oil filter cap was over tightened and rounded out. I now have to replace the cap because of their mistake. The person I spoke to was short with me and unhelpful. I do not recommend going to this place if you want quality honest service. I was met with excuses and rudeness.

The shop did not call me once , I always had to reach out to them about the status of the car. I assumed the parts were ordered, the vehicle was being worked on but NOPE! NOTHING!! A courtesy call just to notify you about the car status would've been great and peace of mind. Fast forward to 10/11 - ALMOST 30 DAYS WITHOUT A CAR OR ANY UPDATE!! Every time I called they gave me a run around "We are waiting on Silver Rock, I'm only a fill in I don't know what is going on" They never filed a claim with Silver Rock until 10/11!!!! At this point I wanted to take my car out the shop and take it elsewhere to get properly serviced. I gave them one last shot - they ordered the alternator and completed the work before 5pm. In ONE DAY they completed the work that could've been done back in September!! Horrible service. Now that I have my car I noticed a few issues: my car doesn't accelerate as how it should be. The car wants to go faster but it can't and shakes at 60mph. My radio doesn't come on and now my dashboard is filled with so many lights! This shop did not provide any type of good customer service - I will NEVER bring my car here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO GO ELSEWHERE!! *Shoutout to GRAM for trying his best to accommodate my needs and understand my frustration.
