Definitely the best ice cream I've had. I love how they freely give samples out to everybody really allows you to taste the quality which is very high before you buy. Some of the free samples include of the coffee of the macadamia nuts, and ice cream. Towards the back, you can see the factory and some of the production line. We will definitely be back to buy some more items. We were just on a little time rush going towards Kona. Be back soon!

This was a great experience for me and the family. Apparently they have a shuttle from Waikoloa to their shop. The greet everyone when they walk in which is awesome. The have all the tasting to the right when you walk in. Nui guided us to the back right where you can watch a 20 minute video of why their macadamia nuts are the best on the island. They also have a macadamia nut cracker that you can do on your own. They have a glass window so you can see the team packing all the nuts. And if you went left when you walk in you can have the wonderful ice cream. The store is bright, super clean, and the layout is organized.

Fun and cool visiting this store. They have free Mac nut and coffee samples, and an interactive section where you can crack your own mac nuts, learn more with videos, and see the factory workers through a glass. Parking very easy in its own lot.

Wonderful place to stop if you're staying in Waikaloa Lots of macademia nuts, coffee, granola, brittle, , cookies tarts and other treats Other souvenirs and nice items to bring back to the mainland for friends and family.

Plenty of parking and just a little bit outside of Kiwaihe, cool quick stop just after lunch. They have a sampling station set up to the right immediately after you enter for Macadamia nuts, and also some of their flavored coffee. If you wanted to try a flavor but it's not there, they're more than happy to give you some. There is a promo for buy 12 get 1 free. Catch it, it must be the same size cans. There's a few different categories of flavors, and each category has their own sized packaged, so it could be hard to mix and match between different flavors. Nice thing about it is the prices didn't seem too expensive. I compared it with a grocery store just a bit later and it's cheaper than the grocery store, so take that for what it's worth.

This place is a must visit on the big island. It's a bit hidden but you will not be disappointed when you get there. They have so many different flavored macadamia nut, a factory for you to check out, macadamia nut tasting, documentaries of how to produce macadamia nuts. Even hand cracking some nuts to taste the raw, before roasted nuts . They advise you not to eat it but we did and it's really good. So it's your decision. Their ice cream is BUMB. So many unique flavors and the quility beats so those fancy boho creams hop in LA. Trust me on ice cream. You have to have at least one!

We stopped by during happy hour on a Sunday with a party of 4 adults and one child and were immediately seated. We ordered a round of very solid (and strong) mai tais along with some pupus: the coconut shrimp and seafood quesadillas. Both were repeatable, but the seafood quesadilla was especially delicious! For the main, I ordered their fish sandwich, which came with swordfish as the catch of the day. The tartar sauce had a nice tang and just a hint of spice that really made the flavor shine. Would definitely recommend visiting!

We got the chef special Lava Lava Roll & a ham sandwich...both items were made to order so they're super fresh. The hoagie roll was soft on the inside and chewy on the outside with lots of ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato...perfectly seasoned with mustard and mayonnaise. The Lava Lava Roll was a spicy tuna roll with avocado and spicy poke on top along with fried onion and green onion. Service felt a bit disjointed, but I was on Hawaiian time so it's all good in the end. The shelves looked a bit sparse, but the store was clean, organized, and had everything I needed. I also found some interesting photos from Warren Fintz, a Hawaii photographer and videographer. We were able to come back and finally got to taste the "famous" macadamia nut chocolate chip cookies and they're as delicious as everyone said. I hope you're lucky enough to try them.
