It's very easy to schedule a home inspection with her and she is fairly priced. She explains every step of the process to you as you go. All of our questions were answered. It gets even better lol. The water quality lab was dragging ass with producing our results...It came to the point where we almost didn't have them in our possession before our contract meeting with our lawyer tonight. We were nervous about signing anything legal before we had a chance to inspect those test results. Dimitria must have put SOME type of fire under their asses to get us our results today ... because we received them (I kid you not) 15 minutes before the meeting was scheduled tonight lol! I used Demetrious to inspect a home for me. Everything she wrote down on the list was all cosmetic, painting, repairing screens, etc., when it came to putting the radon test in the home. she put it on the first floor instead of the basement. I had the same home inspected again from a different engineer. Radon came back so high. The house wasn't able to be sold until it was fixed. I would not use this woman ever again. read more

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with using Dimitria as our inspector. We looked for houses for 14 months so she came in handy a few times. She was always very communicative and honest about these houses. Thanks to her expertise we pulled out of one house due to WAY too many structural issues. If we didn't have her being honest with us the whole way we would have ended up in a money pit. Dimitria inspected a home for us in late September 2022. We told her it was not a rush to get our report back. It is now November 7, 2022 and not only have we not received a report, after daily attempts to call, text and email she has not responded to us. There has been no communication from her at all, not even to say she received our phone call and is working on it.. NOTHING. We now have to try to get our money back. Do not use her, she is unreliable and does not communicate. She ripped us off. read more
