I got home and realized she bulldozed her way through my shopping cart charging me for 25 items when I only bought 23. She's changed the place and now there are tables of single pop cans and plastic bottles - because she is too greedy to sell them in the cartons they are shipped in and wants to make money on each bottle. Hint - pop is way cheaper at Food4Less and is not outdated. It used to be fun to shop there, the employees were happy.....until ms. bulldozer took charge and now I walk out glad I'm out of the store. But I'm saving money because I go there only occasionally anymore.

As you enter there appears to be a frame shop attached. There was an older, unsmiling lady with short hair busy in that area. She made no attempt at greeting or pleasantness. Speaking to her was my mistake. My daughter had already entered the main portion of the store so I proceeded in. Fortunately the younger, dark-haired woman at the counter understands customer service. My daughter really liked their huge selection and so did I. I have decided to become a scrapbook person also. If scrapbooking is something you're into this store likely has what you need. If excellent customer service carries a lot of weight on where you spend your money this store gives the impression of hit or miss in that area.

So if you buy something as a gift, the person doesn't like it, and the store has nothing else the person likes, you are stuck with the jewelry item or store credit. What makes this even worse is I specifically asked what the return policy was and was told it was 10 days. Their exchange policy is 10 days - they have ZERO return policy. The sales rep lied. Guys - if you are buying an engagement ring, you better be damned sure she is going to say yes.

The staff were helpful and friendly, even if they were a little preoccupied talking about the new Star Wars rpg haha! They were attentive and checked us out promptly, as well as offering help if we needed it. There's also a large game floor in the back for open gaming. It can get a bit loud when there are a lot of folks in there, so that's something to keep in mind. I also thought it smelled really nice! Lastly, they had an awesome selection of various leather goods (journals, keyrings, dice bags & trays, etc.) made by someone local for sale. It's a really awesome game store that supports and gives back to patrons and the community!
