Close to the appartement are walking trails that lead to the Schwarzsee , Gieringer Weiher or l Einsiedelei and further on to the Seidlalm and Hahnenkamm. From there you can continue on comfortable paths to the Ehrenbachhöhe and further to the Pengelstein.The skicourse No. 20 takes you back close to our house. The legendary Streif Nr.21 and the ski school are about 500m away, the train stop railway station Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm as well as the Hahnenkamm cable-car are in a distance of 700 meters and can be reached by ski after a 5 minutes walk. The cross-country slope is 250m away. The appartment is about 95m and situated on the first floor. There are balconies on three sides and the flat is devided in the following rooms: living room, 1. Double bed room, 2nd double bed room, 1 single room, TV with international program. The kitchen is equipped with: electric range with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-machine, water-heater, toaster, radio with CD-player and vacuum cleaner. Further you can find bed-linen and table-cloths as well as towels in sufficient quantity. There is one Bath with tub and hairdryer and one WC. The landlords live in the ground floor of the house and are always willing to give you good advices, with walking and ski hints and are pleased, if they can help you to spend a good time in their house.

Next to the house you will find Footpahts leading to the Schwarzsee, the Gieringer Weiher and upt to the Hahnenkamm passing by the Einsiedelei and the Seidlalm. You can also walk on to the Ehrenbachhöhe and onwards to the Pengelstein. In Winter the skirun Nr. 20 leads directly to the house. The legendary Streif run nr. 21 ends approximately 80 meters away. The ski school Red Devils and the beginners slopes are in a short walking distance, the downhill station of the Hahnenkamm cable car can be reached by ski (about 300m). Also the cross-country slope towards Aurach and Jochberg is only 300 meters away. Informations about the house The cottage is composed of a livingroom with kitchenett (Cerancooking field with 2 plates,mini oven, coffeemaker, fridge and sink) a small shower with WC and sink and a bedroom with a double bed. In the souterrain you will find annother bedroom with a 1,45m double bed, which can be reached from the living room. The house also provides satelite TV and radio with CD player. Outside the house you will find a cosy corner with 2 chairs, 2 banches, 1 table and sun umbrella. A free parking next to the house is also available.

Our group of six arrived early without a reservation. After a minute they told us they had a table…read morethat we could use for two hours after which the reservation started for another party. Tip: always make a reservation for dinner in Kitzbuhel. We enjoyed a mix of dishes, some Italian influences and other Austrian. After a Greek salad, which was only partially that style, I had the veal liver which was served with mushrooms and rice. Really tasty. Others in the group had dishes including Veal Schnitzel, Goulash, and lasagna. Most were pretty good. The staff was efficient and helpful and they had a full drink selection including wine, beer and simple cocktails. And the price was decent too. Don't know if I'll get a chance to come back, but I'd easily be a repeat customer here.
