My go to for 30 people's (Trust me it feeds more) Slow Smoked Pulled Pork 6LB Whole pork shoulder, rubbed generously with Daley's Swine Salt and smoked low and slow until the meat pulls away from the shoulder bone, when tender, each shoulder is then shredded by hand. BBQ Hand Pulled Shredded Chicken 6LB boneless, skinless chicken cooked low and slow, then shredded by hand and tossed with Daley's Chicken Seasoning and Daley's Original BBQ Sauce.
