I had Sir Mike to prepare my individual taxes for the very first time. I opt-ed for electronic…read morefiling. I received my federal with no issues but my 3 state taxes were all screwed up. One state mailed a paper check to an old address that I clearly told my preparer not to use. The other two states never received my paperwork at all. I eventually had to mail them out myself. Needless to say, it took 4 months for me to discover the work my preparer was paid $150 to handle for me did not finish the job. When I tried to go to his office, he had moved to a different suite which was never open. So I texted him. He responded after several days with one excuse after the other. He then said he would try to file them electronically and that he would pay the fee. That was two weeks ago. Those states never received them as of yet nor did Sir Mike contact me to let me know he sent them off as he said he would do. Needless to say my friend did not get her $75 referral payment until months later. If you're thinking of using this company or preparer PLEASE MOVE ON TO A MORE REPUTABLE, PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
