Professionals ! From the guy at the door called P. Maurini who kindly helped me and put my name on the waiting list ( there was quite e bit of waiting involved but I could see they were busy ) Then I was taken to a desk by an account a manager called Kayla Dahl , she was great and thorough , even tho I am a bit picky and impatient she dealt with me with very good manners and patience . Towards the end of my appointment I got to meet their branch manager quickly . I didn't have the time to check her badge name , but she s the lovely blonde lady and very helpful as well . It is a busy branch but they will deal with your issues if you give them time and if you are patient . I will be visiting this branch from now on!!!
