Seven…read morefoot swath on roof with no snow whatsoever .Kyle attended house...new drywall ceiling had to be taken down and put back up. Completed by homeowner. Tried to contact several times in regards to the delivery of the materials to reinstall drywall as he had promised . Totally ignored requests for update. We eventually, since we wanted to have a ceiling again, borrowed a trailer and drove into Orillia and picked it up ourselves. We did charge the supplies to his account. Also indicated that he would give my husband some pay for doing all the work. No contact to this day...5 months and couniting. Note...We are 60 plus years old and this wasn't an easy task. Very disappointed
