He charged me £450!! to only have it fixed for one day?!! In the process killed my battery also! Which cost another £80?!! When i went back to him he said theres no warranty on the air-con! There's a leak in the cylinder?!! so what did you charge me £450 for Mo?? Also I had previously had my car serviced with him & found out down the line that he had not refilled my oil after draining it to replace?!! I was driving my car without oil!! Previously to that had i to have my handbrake repaired and turned out he broke my car stereo casing & the sport button on my gear lever had stopped working!! If you're a lady do not use this place! he takes advantage of women and causes more issues for you to keep coming back!! You're a disgrace to the muslim community!

Turning up and seeing taxis waiting for works seemed a good sign and I think it was. The car passed its MOT with a list of recommendations I cant argue with. The owner ran through what I need to do and when and said to do it in pieces as and when I can afford it, zero pressure. Nice guy, seems genuine and honest - wish id used him all along and not Kwik Fit. Very good opening hours, polite and knows his stuff. On a selfish note I hope others keep using him so he remains open so I can keep using him!

I was billed £416.28 for the repair. I was called to come get my car on the 6/11/2018 as it has been repaired, drove the car home, which was about 10minutes drive. On the 7/11/2018 I was heading to Ilford from Purfleet which was about 20-25 minutes' drive, the car broke down and i have to take it back to Advanced Service Centre that same day. No body bother to give me a call for an update about the car. On the 9/11/2018 i give them a call and i was told they have not have time to looked at the car, but they will and give me a call back, That never happen, i went to their garage i believe on the 14/11/2018 saw a guy who explained they have had a look at the car and they think is one of the cables that needs repair, but they are not sure which one, but before the day runs out someone would give me a call about what needs to be done. Today is 23/11/2018 i cannot believe Advance Service Centre still cannot be bother to repair my car, let alone give me a call back. Shame on you GUYS.

I checked online for parts to see if i could get 'em cheaper, i could have done but only by $30, the parts were $350 So i think that was fair and let them source the bits. LAstly they are good men, they have even fixed stuff for free! Popped in to drop off car, they said to wait, let them check, a few bolts on the wheel were loose, so they went over every wheel, 30 mins fiddling that they said was 'no charge' i paid the man a tenner. Hearn Bros…read more Honestly, I was going to leave it be until I got yet another text reminder from them asking for a 5 star rating online - no chance! It's a bit insulting when they returned my car with new and dangerous defect both times I give if for them for a simple service! Each time It's been running fine when I dropped it off, but the 1st time I used them, as we drove through France the vibrations around the brakes was so strong we had to stay around 50mph until we could get back and have the brakes changed. A year later, I though, fair enough, it might have been a one off and I'm always quite Brixton-centric, but this time they broke the Diesel pipe for the diesel filter so that car was leaking fuel very obviously when they gave it back. They are shut on Fridays (not mentioned) and we had a boat to catch, so another garage (Manolo - grumpy but great) opened-up and found that off the hoses they had accidentally pulled-out (a few meaning that the car have almost no power above 30mph), the fuel filter connection have been roughly bent and broken. When they re-opened I told them and he promised to pay for the damage, and them never did. Don't bother. Go for the atmosphere, the dappled light through the grease covered skylights, bit don't go with your car.
