Fast service - took less than 30 mins (was on a quiet saturday morn at 0830hrs). Good explanation of what work needs to be done. As tracking was out slightly they asked if I want to proceed with work - I think that's a nice touch. Car is like new - steering is tight, stability excellent at high speed and MPG is improved. They charge reasonable prices, do a good job - when they SAY they will - are perfectly prepared to admit what is and isn't within their realms of expertise and have a great network of local specialist contacts for those truly perplexing problems. He is very rude quoted one fixed price then when I picked the car up demanded 60 pounds more saying that's what he had quoted and then ranted and raved lick a lunatic. This is the last time I will go anywhere near this garage, which is a shame as the mechanics are good.
