They are knowledgeable and have quality products but it can be overpriced. On several occasions I have given them the benefit of the doubt on providing polite service and this time I doubt very much I will ever return to this store to even browse. At the moment I came in and set the items for consideration, I was told that you can't put items on the counter. Okay, would you please tell me how I am supposed to read your mind on this matter, or if this is the case, could you put a sign stating such a request? It just came off a little too brusk for that moment. I've been there before and felt pushed off but let it slide due to the interesting things in the store. There will be serious debate if I will ever enter that store again. They seem to be bottom line, only about money and not really customer service.

Good cause but they've burned me one too many times. The ungrateful, unhelpful attitudes are extremely off putting. I'll be donating elsewhere from now on. Plenty of other options.
